Nikitha being 3 months pregnant, 3 months after Tharun's marriage with Mithra, timeline also indicate it would be Jay's..
Good point on Nikitha's realisation about pills.. whether she herself will find out or Tharun confesses is to be seen..
What really makes this story standout is the authors imagination and the way various plot points are revealed or tied to the story progression..
