I do not think that was the intent to finish story like this. Heygi had said story "will finish today or tomorrow" about 10 days back. Suddenly updates have stopped.
Hopefully Heygi addresses the difficulties he is having in personal / professional life soonest. Resume story / start new one is up to him and how he feels about it,
