I agree that's why I wrote all the emotions she felt towards Jay is what we define as love but why she didn't realise that or hellbent on not acknowledging the same even in her internal thoughts.

I even bought parallels to what Tharun showed and what Jay showed to understand what's missing from her perspective.

If she even acknowledges to herself that she loved Jay all throughout then the only thing remaining for her reconciliation with Jay would be to consider herself worthy of Jay

Acknowledging means acceptance, she is not ready to accept that she hasn't moved on from Jay. When she is not ready to accept then her thoughts won't allow her to think that she is with Jay, why am i wasting time and effort on Tharun and for his love when I love Jay...that kind of thought won't come to her because she hasn't accepted it yet that she hasn't moved on from Jay yet. 

Only thing she believes is she can fall in love with Tharun...and he deserves her love for his care, patience and emotional support.
