In the whole of the last chapter there was no Jay in Nikitha's mind.  She has moved on from Jay truly from the time she invited Tharun into her life. Only her promises and gratitude made her take care of Jay and some moments with Tharun made her realise Jay's love for her and her misunderstanding of jay in various situations

1. She thought about her and Jay's issues from months ago to apply them for Tharun.
2. When she thought about breaking hearts. She thought about only Mithra and Tharun's parents. She didn't consider Jay or Tharun or herself for that matter. Because she believed Jay moved on properly and her and Tharun's hearts are in the right place.
3. She casually discusses her sex with Jay with Tharun and mentions that her gratitude for Jay made her offer multiple rounds and the abundant care and love he showed
