First of all, you all need to stop blaming Nikita, she has done nothing wrong, She has clearly moved on in her mind and she thought he was sleeping with pills and didn't expect with his elbow would come upstairs plus she is in lot of stress due to Tharun's anger, she wasn't thinking clearly but one thing is done deal, she has successfully pushed her love for Jay into a deep Pandora's box and would only show when dire situations come along, we have seen that love once when she was running naked on road when she thought Jay was in danger....

She is thinking settling Jay is her responsibility and then she will have less guilt about settling with Tharun but she will know soon that is wrong because Jay is going to do exactly that by giving divorce and moving on as she asked, once he does what she asked then I do not think she will feel good as she thought she would....Again, Jay needs to grow now, seriously he has been hanging all this while with a hope and now he saw that he lost her but he still knows she loves him, that will be proven in village...hope he doesn't agree to make her bad to get back his family and at least come clean now.
