Dear Heygi, don't do this 6 things
1.Nikita Chooses Jay Only Because of Guilt
She loves Tarun but returns to Jay because they are married or because she feels guilty for sleeping with Tarun.
Why it doesn't work: The ending is based on obligation rather than genuine love. It weakens Nikita's character by taking away her agency
2. Tarun Turns Into the Villain
Tarun becomes possessive, manipulative, or abusive just to make Jay look like the better choice.
Why it doesn't work: If Tarun has been portrayed as a decent man throughout the story, changing his personality at the end feels like a cheap plot device.
3. Jay and Tarun Fight Over Nikita
The climax becomes a physical confrontation or a dramatic "choose one of us" scene.
Why it doesn't work: This shifts the focus away from Nikita's decision and reduces her to a prize rather than the person making the choice.
4. Sudden Pregnancy Decides Everything
Nikita becomes pregnant, and the pregnancy alone determines who she ends up with.
Why it doesn't work: A pregnancy shouldn't be used as a shortcut to resolve emotional conflicts. It avoids addressing the real issues of trust, love, and accountability.
5.It Was All a Misunderstanding
Jay never really cheated.
Tarun and Nikita never actually loved each other.
Everything is explained away in the last chapter.
Why it doesn't work: It erases the emotional stakes and makes readers feel their investment in the story didn't matter..
6.One Character Dies for Shock Value
Jay dies.
Tarun dies.
Nikita dies.
Why it doesn't work: Unless the entire story has been building toward tragedy, killing a character just to end the love triangle often feels manipulative instead of emotionally satisfying.
