After Tharun sent that breakup text, he casually planned to meet her at the clinic like he was booking a doctor's appointment. I don't see any reaction from Mithra either. How do you know Mithra took it casually? Imagining things here my friend? As far as what Author showed us she didn't see that text that night, maybe she did next morning but if Author doesn't bring her and their story yet we wouldn't know the reactions or how much Mithra is investing in this relationship and other side of it, maybe its not the time yet to reveal those details but do not jump to conclusions.
