One thing that is troubling me is Tharun and his side of things... After Tharun sent that breakup text, he casually planned to meet her at the clinic like he was booking a doctor's appointment. I don't see any reaction from Mithra either. It feels like she's either already moved on, or she's just his imaginary girlfriend. How do people who've been in a long-term relationship take a breakup so casually?
