In last chapter Nikitha has said that she will not take Jay back and leave Tharun. She says she has taken this decision after “thinking a lot”. When Tharun asks her again if she wants to change her decision, she says she is certain.
Her decision is based on her thinking that Jay has moved on as he is fucking Sharmi.
Decisions based on falsehoods lead to poor results.
It does not matter if Tharun fucks her again, she needs to address this pull / feelings for Jay before she can submit to Tharun fully.

Yes her decision is based on half knowledge, She is thinking she has set his life with Sharmi or he moved on...she didn't get doubt why he came back after her in the middle of the night driving 50 kms in super speed....maybe she will think it in next episode or two which might push her to talk to Sharmi again and this time she might know the truth but she knows already its too late, after next couple of episodes, we will move into a stage where Nikita will force herself to be in relationship with Tharun as she thinks she committed and promised, Jay will think he lost her permanently and become sad and depressed...Tharun can see her love for Jay at each and every step and will try to prove to her that moving on is best thing for her and don't know when this state will change....

Tharun's way of claiming her is always through kiss or touch, now sex....so sex will be there, we have to see how often she will imagine Jay while being with Tharun..and for how long she will cheat herself....
