As for my usual prediction comments...   

Tharun will use his ever green weapon which he has been using all this time - Sex, more and more to show he is the one for her or to show himself that he owns her...sometimes might force her which makes her compare how men behave when they are in jealousy which enlightens her that Jay that day behaved liked that because he loved her.....Dumb Nikita will have moment of truth lol and more and more to come on the other side of Tharun...Author cooking negative shades of Tharun now, all this time he made him hero 

Jay will know about Nikita's commitment and it will break him, he will slowly drift away from Nikita...showing her mirror image of what she has done to him all this time....
Sharmi will be the new Byomkesh Bhakshi hunting the one who wrote the letter
