Simple doubt, is it so simple some one steps in, shows video and Arun is ready to share his wife? Having fear of video is onething, ofcourse Kavitha is a house wife right? The direction of story towards cuckold and sex with humilation is understandable but making it so easy to make husband part of the team is unbelievable.

Suggestion, let Suraj be a new entrant to the story and seduce or end up getting intimate with Arun/ Kavitha it will be more believable like the story from Heywiwriter - Husband dilema and neighbours gain and He,She, him completed.
