First, They are not real wife and husband, Even then, what do you mean by imposing restrictions? He would get his ass handed to him if he tries that even if he is husband and that's some serious problem if you think one human can impose restrictions, control and supervision on another. 

One need not control other, if other person loves him they will impose self restrictions or know their boundaries. What kind of world do you live in bro
