Lol I now know how you think and write. If I am not wrong, Jay will respond, put efforts and gets soft approvals from Nikitha too but just when things are going his way, Some situations would put Nikita and Tharun alone and she first with resistance but would sleep with him and that would change everything completely. As of now she is fighting it because she is mad at Jay and also her cravings for love and to find some one who loves her is strong but she is still thinking about Jay but the moment she has sex with Tharun, she will drift away at a very rapid pace into the affair. 

Jay despite his all efforts will end up losing her, I am guessing he will move out of that house even before they pay the loans. Its inevitable. 

As for "I fear i moved far from fixing it", I do not agree, she thinks she did but not yet. She never tried to fix it in the first place, If she herself keeps saying even before their fight started that this is not real marriage, just on paper over and over then when did she actually try to fix it? Make it real for both of them? Start love with Jay? Every person is different in expressing love..If Jay making a rough sex with rage when he sees her kissing Tharun for first time is not love then what is it? Why did Nikita slap Jay when she saw him dragging Anjali into store room, all those stares for Jay at office all the time, she could have simply warned him but she slapped because its her pain watching with Anjali. Both love each other and show it occasionally but failed to recognize it all this time over years. But I am guessing things will be more complicated once Nikita enters into an affair with Tharun and as usual lust and thrill will collide with love.
