When Jay was with Anjali, whole office knows that he screwed Anjali, one thing that Jay did not knew was that Nikita loves him or at least expecting her to have feelings for him, Now Jay is openly saying he loves her but she is not willing to trust and her fear is if she believes it then if she loses him again then she will lose the hope for love ever again. Complicated situations, neither is wrong.

Though Nikitha should have given benefit of doubt for Jay if its true love or not, Tharun is not running anywhere...of course it happens in real life but in stories if we wait and decide then it won't be a story to tell. Nikitha will move ahead leaving Jay behind...things will take her away from Jay fast once she gives into Tharun...emotionally as well as physically.

So what would be the move from Jay? Will he move on hoping for the best life for Nikitha or Will he still fight knowing she is fucking their boss?
Only his pain will make Nikitha realize her mistake, silence is best answer sometimes. Anything done with aggression never works with woman, Hope Jay realizes these and mind his own business yet be caring with her, she has to come back some day. 

Though with fragile egos and self respect, would he accept her or not?
