I think time has come that a deposit money should be taken from writer Till they complete the story. The story writing should be free but once the story is written the deposited money should be given back to the writers. The writer who keep the story incomplete their whole deposit should be kept by the site owners. The number of Writers are increasing who keep their stories incomplete.

I totally agree. I have exams. After that next update I have planned. I can give an update today. But its no use. Not given enough attention. Even i hate i am doing this.
