Couple will cheat each other same day and same timeline so what is there to feel guilty...maybe they will acknowledge that they are drifting away from each other so its better to go separate ways. Usually I am all for happy endings, here I do not see love at all even though it was tried to portray subtly. Couple here knew they are not emotionally connected to each other from a long time so instead of making efforts and talk through to solve it they are looking elsewhere so there is no point of accusations and happy ending will be bad for the story and wouldn't justify.

Poor Lokesh will not get Laila at the end as she is already married unlike Shruthi who is going after a young guy.
