Rajat watched the marvellous sway of Mona’s back as she walked briskly to the toilet. He wondered what would have happened if she didn't stop him earlier. He was sure things would have ended up with both crossing that last boundary of their respective normalcy. Leaving those thoughts, he opened the door and went to freshen himself.
Once she was inside the toilet, Mona let out a long gasp and took a very deep breath. It was not easy for her to gather all the events of the night as the effect of beer still stung in her body and head. She quickly removed her suit and took a cold shower.
The water made her feel better. But didn't last for much time, as the anticipation of the dreaded conversation lingered in her mind.
