Adultery Husband's Controlled Fantasy, Wife's Dilemma - Part I & II
(23-05-2026, 09:26 AM)RCF Wrote: Over all very good part 1 with some nail biting interesting developments, tight screen play until some chapters. Appreciate all the hard work author does to get us story. Very few writers give so many updates continuously and non stop every day, any other writer this story would have taken 2 yrs to finish part1. Hopefully you have nice plot for part 2 already and start sooner.

Few things that didn't sit well with the story. Just want to recap from my thoughts.

1. Sneha's characterization was uneven and unpredictable. She gets confused easily and trusts easily, she sees good in people but after sometime brain cells should function and tell you that you need to stay from certain types of guys and that intuition is usually high in woman, they follow signs better than men follow red signals in woman. Here she is opposite of that, she could never see bad in Gautham. Every one attributed that to her sluttiness but i feel her characterization has been inconsistent and dumb purposefully to conveniently prolong the affair for various reasons.

2. Suresh's character is opposite, he is intelligent, intuitive and perceives dangers well before they even hit them, usually he predicts well too... He knows the state of his wife very well. He understands her well than she understands herself, I believe until some point him being considerable towards Sneha's relationship with Gautham made lot of sense as he wants his wife to realize the pit she is falling into and wanted her to ask help to drag her out. He wanted to give that freedom to her to choose him over Gautham, he wanted her to choose their marriage over her lust for Gautham and it made complete sense but after some point, when Sneha herself asked for help, she came back to him sensing something with Gautham is not right. When she offered to stop the affair when her first attempt to extract truth about kidnapping failed miserably, Suresh saying no was not a wise choice and there is no strong reason for that other than he didn't want Gautham to revolt, but Gautham is not Aditya, the least he could do was only whine or threaten verbally. Suresh has age, his wife and circumstances everything siding with him at that time. Yet we saw author chose to drag the affair forever. That choice infact made Sneha's character degrade further morally and instead of choosing her man for sake of her marriage, for her love, ended up choosing Gautham even in the last but one episode. That was the biggest flaw in this part 1. Wife and Husband no matter when and where they get lost, should end up choosing each other out of love...that proves their bond and love and respect for their marriage which is missing in this story. After Suresh kicks Gautham out, Sneha even though she stands up for herself its not the same. Suresh might get revenge over Gautham but the true victim of poor characterization and some one who entangled in this mess for every one's ambitions, fantasies and lust is her. So who should practically take revenge? Anyways I hope couple's bond is portrayed lot better in part 2. we have seen enough betrayals and trust issues between them over and over, now its time to show their love.

3. Gautham is another character who has negative shades to begin with but his character doesn't always has darkness in it. He behaves erratically often and sometimes sees the goodness in people. I find his character also unpredictable and inconsistent. He took 10 lakhs from his parents for startup and chose money over them which went too far, the build up to show his scale of selfishness and narcissism hasn't been established properly. Being an opportunist for an affair and being ruthless for money who disowns his own parents is totally different. Varsha on the other hand is one of the best character in this story. Despite her behavior there is clear cut pattern in her way of thinking. She cares for her sister, she plans for her education. She sees good in people. Unfortunate that she is ending up with Gautham and feel that is purposefully written, it is definite that Gautham's downfall is hugely will be attributed to losing Varsha at the end, if by any chance Varsha enters the game with Gautham to take on Sneha and Suresh forgiving her husband for his sins then it would be a real threat for Suresh.
Gautham's behavior in last few episodes were also rushed to make him a main villain of this story. Its seems like he thinks he can call any one slut but she can't slap him? How can one be so unreasonable yet be considerate when he chooses to be with others mainly Jiva and Varsha? Either the apple is bad inside out or its not bad at all, I find it little odd for him to be so full of himself when he is with couple but completely opposite when he is with Varsha and chosen few others, if it was for her love then it did not come out well. Also them getting married within 5 months of their start up plan seems little fast for the timeline.

There is lot of good in the story compared to these minor issues and character flaws, Entertaining so many readers for 200 chapters is no joke. I just wish the layers in characterization author is writing needs more effort. All the best for part 2.
