She is already feeling agonized about Suresh having sex with Model. On top of that she can't accept if Suresh also mocking at her after knowing Gowtham addressing her as slut - this could be writer's thought

Could be the same reason. Who knows she may bring in that topic once they reach back resort shortly and next day morning.

But she should have included that Gowtham's abusing topic in the same context to add more beauty to the scene
