Predicting next curve is tough at this point, I predicted Sneha to be with Gautham to punish Suresh and end up getting drowned in sexual pleasure with Gautham and slowly emotionally detach herself from Suresh but first ball is a googly, She was called slut and I think the affair between Gautham and Sneha is practically over unless Sneha thinks about revenge and this time hell bent on destroying Gautham so she might act as a slut. Otherwise I do not see her going back to Gautham, infact she might kick him out of house. Her emotional state with Suresh won't improve as she might think he doesn't value her either hence cheated her, I would be really surprised if the couple patch up this soon...
