I have no idea why the writer is showing so much favouritism towards this Gowtham charecter that he is showering all the good things in life over this ungrateful bastard. Even lying on a hospital bed this swine is scheming to use his condition to pull Sneha closer to him only with the intention of ripping apart a happy family. Gowtham is a venomous snake who is only capable of biting the hand that feeds him. 

I hereby apologize to the entire snake community for comparing them with a lowlife like Gowtham.
