An Ernest Request to Readers: This thread, namely “Nemesis” began approximately one year ago, on June 11, 2025. Since then, nearly a full year has passed. Today (May 19, 2026), I have posted the 139th part of this story, and I have done so exactly on the promised date and time. Yet, from the very beginning until today, this thread has received neither a sufficient number of comments nor an adequate amount of likes and reputation points. I have been associated with XOSSIPY since 2019. I wrote some numbers of stories in the Bengali section; however, in June 2020, due to certain personal reasons, I deleted all the stories and threads I had written and posted here, with the exception of one or two. Following that, I did not post a single story on XOSSIPY until 2025. After a long gap of five years, I returned to XOSSIPY on June 11, 2025, with my new story, 'Nemesis', the 139th part of which I have posted today. I currently have enough material written to last for another year, which I intend to share with all of you. Furthermore, the story is not yet complete, something I still need to bring to a conclusion. To date, I have never abandoned any of my stories unfinished in the middle. I have posted every single part on the declared date and time, and I will continue to do so in the future as well, regardless of whether I receive much comments or not. However, some readers had mentioned this previously, and today another friend pointed it out as well: the reason this story is not garnering many views, comments, likes, or reputation points lies in the title of the story itself. It appears that the majority of people do not care for the name 'Nemesis.' They are showing absolutely no interest in reading a story with such a title. When I first began writing this story, approximately a year and a half ago, the title seemed perfectly apt for the narrative I had envisioned in my mind at the time. However, as time progressed and I continued writing, I found myself having to make numerous changes to the story itself. I never imagined that a simple thought would evolve into such an expansive and lengthy story. Given the current trajectory of the narrative, the title 'Nemesis' no longer seems entirely fitting. Acting upon suggestions from my readers, I wish to change the title of this story. However, it is not for me, but rather for “YOU”, who have faithfully read my work thus far, cherished it so deeply, and consistently encouraged me through your daily comments, to decide what this story should be named. It is now your duty to conceive a good and captivating title for this story. I entrust this responsibility to you. Please share your suggestions by leaving comments with good, engaging titles for this story. I will adopt whichever title I find to be the most appealing and attractive. I have but one request of you: please suggest a title that is truly excellent and attractive, one that will entice as many people as possible to read the story and delight in it. Therefore, please send me your best suggestions via the comments as soon as possible, so that I may swiftly replace the current title, 'Nemesis,' with the new name you have suggested.
