Suresh was the one who told not to end abruptly and make Gautham a desperate man. Sneha mentioned she will stop the affair last time despite she wants it. All I ask is anything happens couple face it together, betrayal of one another to break other's heart game is done multiple times till now so it lost its impact. Now couple needs to be strong and face any issue together. 

Prakash wants Gautham on double salary not because he lost a good employee alone, he wants Gautham to be the new talent sold out to V group hence he is pulling him back, pretty soon Suresh will go there another employee with out revealing his authority as Hand. Dynamics are going to change when Gautham thinks he is new colleague but Suresh holds the power to dictate Gautham's selection.
