It means she hasn’t emotionally moved on from him.
Whatever arrangements exist are situational, not emotional replacement.
She may accept freedom for herself, but likely won’t accept the same freedom for Suresh — because possessiveness implies emotional ownership.
About Heygi’s point:
If Suresh’s ED pushed Sneha, her actions come from frustration, not lack of love.
Yet her possessiveness shows she still sees Suresh as her person.
Conclusion:
The narrative shifts from cheating or experimentation → to conflicted attachment.
Sneha isn’t leaving Suresh; she’s struggling between desire and emotional loyalty.
Suresh, by choosing to not exercise any emotional ownership over Sneha and letting her have sex with Gowtham because he doesn't want to deprive her of that enjoyment is an unfair arrangement for him, because he has to keep experiencing the pain of this one-sided open relationship. But Sneha, who is the most emotionally aware person in this story, knows that Suresh is not a cuck, also knows that he was deceived by Gowtham, but still doesn't see this unfairness to Suresh in this one-sided arrangement, that's what I was pointing out. So, she doesn't love him to that extent.
