Suresh clearly explained & admitted that they only allowed Gowtham into their life for whatsoever reasons. As Sneha enjoys sex with Gowtham, he said she can have it and slowly reduce the frequency since he loves his wife and fitting into the role of an open minded husband of an adultery story :-)
The pity is - Suresh could excuse kidnap mistery but the couple still not able to realise the sadistic nature of Gowtham and his intentions of breaking them emotionally by making Sneha as his slave!
