Its time for Suresh to meet Varsha and join that company to observe Rahul to move the story forward. Suresh will know other side of Gautham and his feelings towards Varsha which will give him some leverage. Other than that development, couple has no clue or control on Gautham. Yes they can kick him out anytime and end this but they are hell bent on seeking truth so they are obsessed to prove one way or another.

 It will be absurd if Sneha still goes to Gowtham from Monday
They can't neck him out because they fear that Gowtham gets doubt 

The best way is Sneha should go out of town for a week on Monday morning after dropping Ramya. Suresh will continue his efforts with Rahul & Varsha at office and with Gowtham in the terrace in evenings over a beer
