I agree, I think Sneha and Suresh love each other deeply. Though Sneha knows that Suresh is conflicted about being a cuck and so she wants to have sex for her desires but also keep Suresh from rebelling. It's a fine line. I think how Sneha continues this is what is so fascinating about this story.

In spite of the hard fucking session, Sneha was still mindful of her detection and wanted to be loyal to Suresh. It was dealt well in the last episode.
