Adultery Husband's Controlled Fantasy, Wife's Dilemma - Part I & II
Chapter 126 - Truth on the Bed - Couple Reconcile

The house was wrapped in deep silence when they finally stepped inside, well past midnight. Only the soft click of the master bedroom door echoed behind them as Suresh locked it. Sneha’s emerald gown still shimmered under the dim bedside lamp, hugging her curves like a second skin. She let out a long, tired breath and pressed a hand to her chest.

“Ugh… I ate way too much,” she murmured, half-laughing, half-groaning.
“The acidity is already kicking in. Heartburn’s going to keep me up for hours.”

Suresh loosened his tie and gave a small, sympathetic smile. “Same here. Those fancy restaurants look amazing from the outside, but the food sits like lead. I don’t think either of us is sleeping anytime soon.”

Sneha chuckled softly, the sound warm in the quiet room. “Looks like we’re both stuck awake then.” She glanced down at her gown. “Okay, first things first — I need to get out of this dress. It feels too formal now, like I’m still performing for the evening.”
While she slipped into the bathroom, Suresh changed into his simple black t-shirt and cotton pyjamas. When she returned, wearing a soft satin nighty the colour of moonlight, something in the air had shifted. The tension that used to live between them felt different tonight — heavier, but no longer icy.

They climbed into bed together. The same bed where their marriage had once shattered. Tonight, instead of keeping distance, they turned to face each other. Close. Close enough that their knees brushed and their breaths mingled in the small space between them.

Suresh looking at her, he wanted to ask something but he could not bring it up.
Sneha searched his eyes.

She knew it, Suresh was struggling to ask something…
“Tell me… What is it, why are you struggling to speak up ?”

Suresh hesitated, his fingers tracing a gentle pattern on the sheet between them. His voice came out low, almost hesitant.
“I hope you won’t feel bad if I ask this… but I need to know.”
“Go ahead,” she whispered.

He swallowed. “Today… when I left you alone with Aditya… did something happen between you two?” His eyes darkened with memory. “I saw the way he looked at you, Sneha. We knew about him.. It terrified me.

Tell me what really happened while I was gone.”

Sneha’s expression softened. She reached out and touched his arm. “Nothing happened like you need to be worried. I promise. But… there was something.” She took a slow breath.

“Thanks to everything you warned me about before, I stayed on guard.
But I won’t lie to you.”

Can you tell me fully? Suresh asked.

Sneha took a deep breath and recounted everything — Aditya’s charm, his compliments, the subtle flirting, the way he made her feel both desired and uneasy. She didn’t hide the flutter she felt, nor the warning bells in her mind.

“He’s dangerous, Suresh,” she whispered.
“He has this power… it’s intoxicating.
But I kept remembering your words.
I kept my guard up.”

Suresh listened in silence, his hand sliding to rest gently on her waist, thumb stroking softly over the satin. When she finished, he pulled her a little closer, their foreheads almost touching.

“I’m sorry I left you with him,” he said, voice thick.
“But I’m so proud of you, baby. You chose us. You stayed strong.”

A small, tender silence stretched between them. Then Suresh started to say something, he started like ‘gowtham’... and then stopped, and looked away.

Sneha tilted her head. “What were you going to say? It sounded like ‘Like Gowtham…’ and then you stopped.”

He exhaled heavily, clearly uncomfortable. “Even if this offends you… I need to get this off my chest.” He met her eyes. “Aditya is more charming, more manly, richer — his whole world is something we could never touch. After everything we’ve been through… with Gowtham still in the picture… I kept thinking, if you couldn’t fully let go of Gowtham, what would stop you from falling for someone like Aditya? Someone even more powerful.”

He gave a small, pained smile. “But you rejected him. You really did. So I keep wondering… what magic did Gowtham weave on you that you couldn’t do the same with him?”

Sneha let out a soft, surprised laugh, but her eyes were full of regret.
She cupped his cheek.
“You were really worried about Gowtham?”

She shifted closer, her voice gentle but honest.

“Suresh, I know I hurt you so deeply. I defended Gowtham when you first doubted him. I chose his comfort over your pain. I was blind… and stupidly overconfident. All of it was due to my overconfidence. I thought I could control everything because I’m almost eight years older than him. I told myself you wouldn’t really get hurt, that you even liked it a little, that I could pull the strings anytime I wanted.”

She paused, tracing his jaw with her thumb.
“The truth is… Gowtham felt safe to me. Controllable. If things went wrong, I believed I could handle him.

But Aditya? He’s not someone we can control. He has real power — money, influence, that dangerous charisma. We know how Gowtham had tricked you into fantasy.. Imagine what Aditya would do for his range..It's better to stay away from him.  If I ever slipped with him, he wouldn’t just charm me… he’d own me. And I won’t risk our marriage for that. Not ever.”

Her tone turned playful for a second as she poked his chest. “I’m content with what I have. My sweet husband… and if my husband ever feels a little boring,” she teased with a mischievous smile, “I still have my lover Gowtham. You two are more than enough for me.”

Suresh faked a scowl. “Still can’t let go of him, huh?”

“I was joking!” Sneha laughed, the sound bright and genuine, as she threw her arms around him and hugged him tighter, burying her face in his chest for a moment. But when she pulled back, her expression turned serious again.

“Seriously though… We still need to find the truth about the kidnapping. I have to stay in his circle a little longer, without alerting him.” She bit her lip, her fingers tracing small circles on his shoulder. “That means… I’ll have to keep a sexual relationship with him for some time. But the moment we get what we need — the proof, the answers — I promise you, Suresh. I’ll cut everything off with Gowtham. Completely. Even if the truth is not what you believe. I'm doing it for us.”

Suresh understands her deep emotion.. It looked like she had unsaid turmoil running inside her all these days.
What happened? Sneha?
She didnt answer, she just tightened her hug..

She pressed her forehead to his, her voice cracking with raw emotion. “Ever since you said the word ‘divorce’… I’ve been terrified. I don’t know if you were serious or just trying to scare me, but the thought of losing you… I can’t even imagine my life without you.”

Sneha swallowed hard, her eyes glistening. “Yes, I liked the sex with Gowtham. I won’t lie to you about that. But it was never about emotional attachment. I’ve been trying to figure out where we went wrong.

I was confused when you maintained a distance. When i look back it was you.. you started pushing me toward him because of your erection issues… I honestly thought you were okay with it. I thought it was something we were doing together. But soon I overstepped, Not because I was falling for him — because I wanted it. Because it felt good.”

Her voice dropped to a whisper. “But the moment I sensed you were getting dissatisfied, I tried to pull back. Somehow… I kept ending up in bed with him anyway. I’m so sorry.”

She took a shaky breath. “I’m glad you warned me with that divorce talk. And that you finally told me how he tricked you into the cuckold thing. Otherwise, I admit… I might not have stopped. I may sound shameless saying that, Suresh, but who else can I be this honest with? You’re the only one I have.”

She let out a deep sigh, her hand resting over his heart. “Once I realised he had tricked you… I wanted to give him the same medicine. That’s why I turned him into a cuckold. Did you see even a trace of sympathy or real feelings from me toward him? No. It was always you.

In my heart, in my mind — it’s only ever been you.

To me Gowtham is just a sexual toy for my pleasure.. It's just that he happened to be a human. Does this sound clear to you?
Her eyes searched for him desperately. “So please… even as a joke, don’t ever bring up divorce again.

Promise me. Whatever problems we have, we’ll talk, we’ll fight, we’ll fix them together. Just promise me honestly, okay?”
Suresh searched her face for a long moment, his own eyes heavy with emotion. Then he spoke, his voice thick and quiet.

“I wasn’t joking.” Sneha…

It's true that I was planning to divorce you,” he admitted.
Sneha's body went still, she couldn’t react.

He rose from the bed, walked over to the side table, and picked up his phone. He opened the messages and handed them to her. The screen showed a long thread with his lawyer — dates, discussions about evidence, division of assets, everything.
Sneha’s eyes widened. Tears flooded her eyes instantly.

“How long have you been planning this?” Her voice trembled.
“Is that why you moved to the guest room? Why did you pull away from me?”

Sneha instantly reacts, No way  I can't lose you.. See Sneha wiped her tears roughly.
“Then let’s use this moment to clear every misunderstanding between us.
I’m serious, Suresh. I want this. Whatever issues you have with me, tell me. I’ll clear it..
 Let's fix this between us.

Let me begin… She sat up straighter, her voice gaining strength even through the tears.

Tell me clearly — what was your real issue? At what point did you decide you’d divorce me? Was it the sex? No it can't be… Because I’ve done wilder things before. Have you forgotten how I flirted with your old manager? We stopped the second he crossed the line. Or that time you made me stand naked in front of the delivery guy? I’ve said it so many times — Gowtham was just like them. Everything happened because you wanted it. Gowtham is just a tool. Part of our kink, our fantasy. You dragged me into this lifestyle… and then you tried to divorce me for it?”

Suresh shook his head. “No. It wasn’t just the sex.

I decided to divorce you the day I realised you sided with him, behind my back, when I was trying to set rules.
That felt like betrayal, Sneha. Real betrayal. After that, the constant rule-breaking, your non-stop sex was like toppings, worst of all when you both made me a cuckold… I thought you had become unreasonable. That you couldn’t come back from it. I decided I had to live for myself.”

The words hit her hard. In a surge of anger and pain, Sneha slapped his chest — not hard enough to hurt, but sharp with emotion. “How dare you try to divorce me without even asking me straight to my face?! I would have ended things with him that very second if you had just talked to me! I would have clarified instantly”

Suresh caught her hand gently and wiped the fresh tears from her cheeks with his thumb.

“Calm down… I said I had planned it. Past tense.” I changed my mind last  Monday.
He pulled her closer, his voice softening. “Last Monday night happened — when you actually bit his penis in anger, ready to destroy him because you thought he might have kidnapped me. That’s when I realised I was still in your heart. And tonight… watching you guard yourself against Aditya, choosing us even when it would’ve been so easy to slip… I knew I couldn’t leave you.”

He cupped her face with both hands, looking straight into her tear-filled eyes. “Let’s face this together. No more judging. No more running away.”

Suresh took a deep breath, his forehead resting against hers.

“I’m dropping the idea of divorce. For good. We’ll fight this together, the truth, Gowtham, Aditya, everything.”

Sneha’s breath hitched. A fresh wave of tears spilled down her cheeks, but this time they carried relief. She pressed her forehead firmly to his, then tilted her head and kissed him — slow, deep, and full of trembling love. Her hands clutched his t-shirt as if afraid he might vanish.

When she finally pulled back just enough to breathe, she whispered against his lips, “I love you, Suresh. Only you. Always.”
They stayed locked in that embrace for a long moment, letting the silence wrap around them like a warm blanket. Eventually, Sneha drew back slightly, her fingers gently stroking his cheek.

“So… what’s next?” she asked softly, her voice still thick with emotion.
“ we just… live our life peacefully, Suresh said.

He continued
I’m so sorry, I should have spoken to you clearly from the beginning.
This is my mistake.
Things would have been so much better if we had just communicated properly instead of assuming and hurting each other.”

Suresh nodded, his thumb brushing away the last of her tears. “We both made mistakes. But we’re here now.”
Sneha hesitated, then asked the question that still lingered between them. “What about Gowtham?” Her eyes searched for him carefully. “Will you look at me badly if I go near him again? You’ve already gone through so much pain because of him… How can I just leave him hanging?  All of it needed an answer.

Suresh stayed quiet for a few seconds, thinking. Then he spoke calmly, his hand resting on her waist.
“If you want sex with him, you don’t need any big reason,” he said gently. “Just inform me ahead of time. That’s all. Just don’t play games or hide things from me.”

Sneha bit his ears.. Suresh shouted in pain. Idiot, this is how you read my message.  I was not asking about having a pleasure with him.  I really want to trick him and get the proof we need about the kidnapping. Im asking about that part.

Suresh gave a small nod. “Go ahead. I won’t be an obstacle for that. Do what you need to do to get the truth. I’l have my own way.

I’m telling you this in general — for the future, once everything is over. If you ever want anything sexually, just be open with me. No secrets. I won't think bad. That's how we have been once.

Sneha let out a long, relieved breath and rested her head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat. “Thank you,” she whispered.
Suresh wrapped his arms around her tightly and kissed the top of her head. “We’re in this together now. No more running away. No more silent pain. Whatever comes — the investigation, Gowtham, Aditya, or our own mess — we face it as a team.”

A soft, hopeful silence settled over them. Sneha smiled against his chest.
“I think the acidity is gone now,” she murmured playfully.

Suresh chuckled softly, his eyes sparkling with a warmth she hadn’t seen in a long time. “Good. Because I don’t want to sleep either.” He brushed his lips against hers, slow and tender. “I just want to make love to my wife tonight… slowly, like we used to.”
Sneha’s heart swelled. She melted into his kiss, her fingers sliding into his hair as their mouths moved together with deep, unhurried passion.

Every touch felt like a promise renewed. Suresh caressed her body with reverence, sliding the satin nighty off her shoulders and kissing every inch of skin he uncovered — her neck, her collarbone, the curve of her breasts — whispering between kisses how beautiful she was, how much he loved her, how grateful he was that she was still his. Their bodies came together naturally, skin against skin, moving in a gentle rhythm filled with soft moans, loving eye contact, and quiet laughter when their foreheads bumped. It wasn’t just sex; it was healing. Every thrust was slow and deep, every caress spoke of forgiveness and longing. Sneha wrapped her legs around him, pulling him closer, tears of joy slipping from her eyes as she moaned his name like a prayer.

They reached their peak together, trembling in each other’s arms, clinging tightly as waves of pleasure washed over them. In the glowing aftermath, Suresh stayed buried inside her, holding her close while their heartbeats synced. He kissed her damp forehead, her eyelids, her swollen lips, murmuring over and over, “I love you… only you… forever.” Sneha smiled through happy tears, tracing lazy patterns on his back. “I’m yours, completely,” she whispered back, her voice full of peace and love.

They stayed like that, tangled in each other’s arms, whispering small promises and gentle reassurances until the early hours of the morning — two broken hearts slowly mending, wrapped in the warmth of renewed love and quiet hope for the future.
