Guys calm down, Miscommunication pave way for all their situation. 

If they speak openly at the earliest, 
if they communicate clearly and openly. 

The story would not even crossed 10 chapters :)

Also this is a fiction :) purposely done to give them such situations, and handle the aftermaths..

We all know that, on the other hand...If we know that this is fiction and the characters communication is purposefully bad...then there won't be any discussion.
