Order! Order! After hearing the arguments from both sides, this court is of the opinion that no one is at fault, but rather, both parties have completely failed to understand the true meaning of this story's title! 
1) Husband's controlled fantasy gone wrong
Suresh never wanted to be cuck but just wanted it as a fantasy only under his control...which had gone wrong
2) Wife's dilemma
Sneha got addicted to the hard-core sex - and in dilemma between her affection on hubby and her new found sex taste
3) Neighbour's gain
Obviously Gowtham gained it by his double play - self explanatory
