At the time of his kidnap she did not believe him and thought he was giving excuses for his timely not returning thinking he wanted her to have sex, now she knows he is safe and even if she believes he is kidnapped now he is fine. As for taking side with Gautham, her reactions are genuine and correct. 

Sneha first of all, doesn't believe Gautham is capable of something like that, and on top she always worrying that her husband is jealous or not liking her affair anymore after he initiated it. So partially those are the reason making her not believe Suresh's version plus she want more sex with Gautham and wanted her husband to be OK with it and happy as well. If you look at everything from demeaning her perspective, everything will seem bad. 

She still value's Suresh more than Gautham and she doesn't love Gautham so Suresh's fears are unwarranted. He is a coward who is running towards divorce because he couldn't handle the circumstances that led to this mess which he paved the way with his own hands. Birthday Cake question should have proved to him 100% that she is not a part of Gautham's plans yet he is disappointed and thinking she is taking his side lol

Guy who is solving lot of financial problems for a big company cannot comprehend simple behavioral relationship signs and running away from his life.
