I like the way Sneha was reluctant during the morning shower sex as Suresh's words were echoing in her mind.... good thought! Another thoughtful narration is - Sneha didn't get convinced so easily as soon as Suresh explained his suspicions. This has started interest in her character.
But - during the hill station night, when Suresh returned late to the room and saying that he was kidnapped, Sneha believed that was a stupid excuse and pretended to check for any injuries on his body. Now when Suresh explaining that it was a real incident, she didn't get disturbed even for a minute (as she really cares for her husband) nor felt bad for Suresh that he could not come back in time and stop Gowtham claiming her. This looks to be the only lose end here. Snippet of the hill station episode is given below for your quick reference:
