Exactly, to be honest Suresh was okay with her having sex with Gowtham.  His only trouble is she had planned something with gowtham. If you carefully read the morning episode, the day he disappear first [Page 14 Chapter 76], he just thought or  just worried if their marital live would be same like before or it could be saved, he just realized , he had to live cuck for entire life or need to move away for sometime, the reaction is to draw back Sneha, if she really cared.. Its because, he doesnt entirely blame her for it, he knows he was also a reason for that mess up. 

At that stage he is very much worried about marriage, no thought of leaving her.. actually he was guilt and feel shame to face her.. He actually wanted her to choose him. [Chapter 78 - Page 15]

But after witnessing the messages in mobile, that's his breaking point.. He realized Sneha had actually had manipulated him into agree for rules of Gowtham's choice, that caused him pain a betrayal.. his actions even till now is due to that one message.

Hi Heygi - So, the title of the story itself is “Husband’s Controlled Fantasy Gone Wrong…”, right? From the very beginning, Suresh believed in a narrative where, during the hill station episode, he would eventually step in and rescue Sneha from Gautam. When that plan failed, he felt completely shattered, didn’t he? Then why are we now assuming that the relationship between Sneha and Gautham was something Suresh was okay with?

Suresh and Sneha conversations in the recent chapters are excellent. I would like to see Sneha soon realises Gowtham's double play and give it back to him nicely please!!

And by the way—just like Suresh, have you also taken it personally, feeling that your own characters are betraying you and that your pen is no longer moving the way you intended on paper… and disappeared for the past three days? That seems quite unlike your usual nature! (Just kidding )
