If you carefully go through previous chapters, Sneha herself said that she was possessive about suresh, that she didn't approve suresh being with another women.
Here visibly Suresh is troubled by Gowtham's persence. And what the heck is Sneha doing... baffling.
Only pont of still sneha is with Gowtham is because without them, there won't be any sex, and this story will be a melodrama.. which it is already
