Sneha's issue is she got addicted to Gowtham. Other than that she is still his wife and trying to find a balance. She even thinks these are things suresh wanted
Suresh issue is he is not opening up properly.. his insecurities stopping him.. now his divorce plan silently.. i think it should bring him back confidence.
As for gowtham, he is just cared for sex he really have no care for sneha.
waiting to see how story unfolds.. Honestly i dont want Sneha and Gowtham to stop :D. But also root for Suresh and Sneha again after recent chapters.
