Adultery 100 Days with My Wife: One Women, Two Desires, One Eternal Love [Completed]
Chapter 129: Suriya's Request

The hospital room fell into a heavy, suffocating silence after Anandhi’s revelation.
Rahul sat frozen on the chair beside the bed, his face pale, eyes wide with shock. He looked like a man who had just been told his entire world was built on sand.
Suriya stood a few steps away, stunned, but trying to keep his composure. His bandaged arm hung at his side, forgotten.

Anandhi, still weak from the accident, lay against the pillows, tears slipping silently down her cheeks. Her voice was hoarse but steady as she explained through the tears.

“I hid it for so long… to protect Rahul’s image as her father and to keep this family intact. I didn’t want Aara to grow up in confusion or pain. I thought if I buried the truth deep enough, we could all move forward.”

Suriya processed the news calmly on the surface, but his eyes betrayed deep emotion. He moved closer, knelt beside Anandhi’s bed, and asked softly, “Does Rahul know this?”

Anandhi nodded, more tears falling. “Yes… he knows. He hides it… but please, calm down. Don’t steal her. Don’t punish him.”

She shook her head, crying harder. “I tried to protect everyone… but I ended up hurting you the most.”

Suriya stayed quiet for a long moment, then spoke with quiet resolve.
“I don’t want to claim Aara publicly. I will respect Rahul as her father. But I ask for one thing only — the right to love her as ‘Periyappa’ and be part of her life quietly.”
Anandhi broke down completely, her shoulders shaking with guilt.  I’m so sorry…”

Suriya gently took her hand, his thumb stroking the back of it.

“We both made mistakes,” he whispered, voice thick with emotion. “But Aara should not pay for them. Let her have two siblings. Let her have a father and mother. Let me visit her as Periyappa. Somewhere deep down, let my connection still be there. Earlier I had no reasons to stay… but now I do. Don’t worry — I won’t stay here permanently. But I will visit often… for her.”

After the initial shock subsided a little, Suriya asked Rahul quietly for a few minutes alone with Anandhi.

Rahul hesitated, then stepped outside the room, standing just beyond the door.
Suriya turned back to Anandhi. His voice was soft, without anger. “I’m not angry. I understand why you hid it. You were trying to protect the family you built.”

He paused, then added with quiet vulnerability, “I ask for one thing only — the chance to hold Aara as her real father at least once in private. Just once.”
Anandhi agreed through fresh tears, nodding slowly.

They shared a tender, emotional moment. Suriya leaned closer and whispered, “Thank you… for bailing me out. For protecting me when no one else did.”
Anandhi’s hand tightened around his. For a brief moment, the years of pain, guilt, and love hung between them in silence.

Outside the door, Rahul stood watching through the small window, his heart sinking.
He realised, with painful clarity, that he may have to share his family in ways he had never imagined.

The fragile balance they had been fighting to maintain had finally shifted — and none of them knew what the new normal would look like.
