Adultery 100 Days with My Wife: One Women, Two Desires, One Eternal Love [Completed]
Chapter 115: The Perfect Trap

The next morning during breakfast, Rahul casually asked while spreading butter on his toast, “I heard you gave the PC to the repair shop. What happened?”

Suriya took a slow sip of coffee and replied with a relaxed shrug, “Some malfunction. But it’s repaired now. The shop said I should get it back by evening.”

Anandhi’s spoon paused halfway to her mouth. A cold wave ran down her spine. Repaired? Already? What if he recovered the files? What if he saw the old proposals, the supplier emails, the dates that could expose everything?

She forced herself to continue eating, keeping her face neutral. Raising any doubt now would only make Suriya more suspicious. She would wait. She had to check the PC herself the moment it returned.

The entire day passed in quiet agony for her. Every hour she imagined Suriya opening old files, piecing together the truth. By evening, when Suriya brought the PC straight into his bedroom instead of leaving it in the study, her anxiety peaked.

Why did he take it to his room? He knows I can’t check it there without going inside.

She paced the kitchen for nearly an hour, pretending to organise things. Rahul had already gone to bed early, tired from work. The children were asleep. The house was quiet.

Finally, she couldn’t control herself any longer.
  • I have to know. If he recovered anything, I need to see it first. *
Her heart hammering, Anandhi walked upstairs. The corridor was dimly lit. She approached Suriya’s door slowly, her bare feet silent on the cool floor.

Just as she raised her hand to knock, she heard his voice from inside — low, serious, speaking on the phone.
She froze.

Instead of knocking, she leaned closer and pressed her ear gently against the wooden door, holding her breath.
Suriya’s voice carried clearly through the thin wood:

“No, Madhan… I’m not staying here long. It complicates my plan.”
Anandhi’s eyes widened. She pressed her ear harder, her body tense.

“The files in the PC need a password. I couldn’t crack it yet… but if I stay here, my focus keeps shifting only to Anandhi. Whenever she is around, I forget why I came back. I fear that’s diluting my intention. I need to maintain the same rage I had before coming here. I should move out of this house as soon as possible.”

Anandhi’s heart thudded violently in her chest. Move out? Why?

Suriya continued, his tone dropping slightly, but still audible:

“Glad she is staying away… It would get worse if Anandhi tries to befriend me again i cannot scheme behind her.. i would fail or my plans would slow down...if she is near me. once I step out, I can start my real plans properly.”

A sharp pain twisted in her stomach. My presence is stopping him? Everything I did to protect Rahul… is actually protecting him from acting?
Then came the words that hit her like ice:

“Also, I fear if I will expose my scheme openly to her. Deep down I still love her… she should never know my plans. I cannot say no to her… what if I expose myself to her? No… this should not happen.”

Anandhi stepped back from the door, her hand flying to her mouth to stifle any sound. Her legs felt weak.
He still loves me… but he has a plan. A real plan against Rahul. And I’m the only thing slowing him down.
For a long moment she stood there, breathing fast, mind spinning.
Then clarity hit her like a wave.
If my closeness is the only thing holding him back… then I have to get even closer. Befriend him. Gain his trust. Stay near him every day. Extract his plans before he can execute them. I have to protect Rahul and the children… even if it means playing this dangerous game.

She took a deep, steadying breath, smoothed her nightdress, and knocked softly on the door.
Inside, Suriya smiled faintly, knowing exactly who was standing there.
“Come in,” he said, his voice calm.

Anandhi pushed the door open and stepped inside, her heart racing with fear, determination… and something else she didn’t want to name.
Suriya looked at her, eyes dark and knowing.

The trap had closed perfectly.
And Anandhi had walked right into it, believing she was the one taking control
