Adultery 100 Days with My Wife: One Women, Two Desires, One Eternal Love [Completed]
Chapter 94: Anandhi's confrontation and the baby girl

Rahul had arranged a full-time caretaker to look after Rohan and Riya at home. He refused to leave Anandhi’s side even for a moment. That night, he slept on the small, uncomfortable visitor’s bed placed right next to her hospital bed. The room was dimly lit by a single night lamp, and the only sound was the soft hum of the air conditioner.

Anandhi lay awake, unable to sleep despite her exhaustion. Her eyes were fixed on Rahul’s sleeping face. She kept thinking about everything that had happened in the past few months — the sudden business push, the way Rahul was deliberately keeping Suriya away, the strange phone conversations she had overheard, and the odd tension whenever Suriya’s name came up.

She could no longer hold it in.

“Rahul…” she whispered softly.
He stirred and opened his eyes immediately. “Hmm? What happened? Are you feeling any pain?”
Anandhi took a deep breath, her voice low but firm. “I want to speak to you about something.”

Rahul sat up on the small bed, fully alert now. “Yes, tell me.”
She looked straight into his eyes. “Are you doing anything behind Suriya’s back?”

Rahul’s expression didn’t change. He answered smoothly, “No. Why should I? We are business partners after all.”
Anandhi stared at him for a long moment, searching his face. She took another deep breath and continued, her tone calm yet serious.
“I took a very hard decision months back. I chose you. I stuck to it even when it hurt. I still want to remain on that path. If you have any concerns, any doubts, talk to me directly. I will fix it. But please… don’t do anything absurd behind anyone’s back.”

Rahul frowned slightly, pretending to be surprised. “Why are you getting such thoughts, Anandhi? Where is this coming from?”
She looked down at her heavily pregnant belly and spoke softly, “I just felt something was odd these past few weeks. I even wished Suriya could be here alongside us… but I know it would affect you. So I stayed quiet. Just… don’t do anything stupid, Rahul. I’m always here for you. You don’t have to handle everything alone.”

Rahul gave her a gentle smile and reached out to hold her hand. “Don’t worry. Everything is fine. You should rest now. The baby will be here soon.”
On the outside, he looked calm and reassuring.
But deep inside, he was tense. He knew Anandhi had started suspecting him. She was connecting the dots. He would have to be extremely careful from now on.

On the other end of the city, Suriya was already on the road, travelling to meet an important client. The meeting was crucial — missing it could cost a major franchise deal. His mind, however, was only with Anandhi.

He had pre-planned everything to be present in town during her delivery, but the back-to-back branch openings and sudden client emergencies had ruined all his arrangements. Every mile he drove away from the hospital made his chest feel heavier. He desperately wished he could turn the car around.

At 5 AM the next morning, Suriya woke up with a start in the hotel room. He instinctively opened his phone and stared at a photo of Anandhi — one he had secretly saved from happier times. He looked at it for a long moment, his thumb gently brushing the screen, before he forced himself to sleep again.

At the exact same time in the hospital, Anandhi went into labour.

The delivery happened naturally. After several hours of intense pain, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She was in a half-conscious, exhausted state throughout the final moments — her eyes barely open, body drenched in sweat.
Rahul was right there.

The moment the nurse placed the newborn in his hands, a rush of fierce joy and possessiveness surged through him. He held the tiny baby carefully, looking at her wrinkled face with intense eyes.

He whispered softly, almost like a vow, “I am your father. No one else can steal that title from me. Ever.”
Anandhi, still in a dazed, half-sleep mode, heard his words faintly but couldn’t fully register them. She gave a weak, tired smile before her eyes closed again from exhaustion.

Rahul cradled the baby closer to his chest, his heart burning with determination.
The baby was finally here.
And he would make sure the world — including Suriya — believed she was his daughter.
