Moving houses is supposed to be stressful and moving out of my childhood home to live on my own hours away from my family at twenty-one is maddening, I’d spent the last three days moving and unpacking boxes but finally I am done and I have the perfect idea on how to relax now that I am finished moving.
It only takes me a short moment to figure out how to do it safely and once I have I climb out of one of the upstairs windows of my new house, clamber up onto the roof and sit with a six pack of beers and a pack of cigarettes. I crack a beer and take a swig before sparking a cigarette and taking a long drag, I lean back so that I’m practically lying on the roof looking up at the star filled night sky and for the first time in a week I start to actually relax.
The night is peaceful and I’m calm and relaxed with both my cigarette and beer half-finished when I’m taken completely by surprise by a girls voice coming from a few steps to my right.
“Can I have one of those?” The girl asks for a second time as she sits next to me on the roof and gesturing at my cigarette.
“Are you even old enough to smoke?” I ask taunting the girl a little bit because of how young she looks with a cute face and short stature.
“I’m nineteen, asshole.” She snaps giving me a dirty look like she wants to hit me.
I almost laugh because of the girls attitude but as I look her over I start to feel a little bit bad over my comment because I can see the obvious signs of her maturity, the curve of her hips and ass in her leggings and the swell of her breasts within the black band T shirt she is wearing. I decide right on the spot that I like this girl, she’s straight forward and wont take shit, she is also quite beautiful with her black hair in a messy bun, light blue eyes and petite and athletic frame.
“Yeah, sorry, here you go.” I tell the mysterious girl as I hand her the pack of cigarettes so she can take one for herself.
“I’m Lara by the way.” She tells me as she takes the pack of cigarettes from me.
“I’m Tobey. I’m guessing that you’re one of my neighbours.” I say turning my attention back to my beer and cigarette.
“Yep, the attached one.” She tells me, the houses in this neighbourhood are semi-detached meaning one side of my house is attached to another house while the other side isn’t.
“What is this?” Lara asks with a teasing edge to her voice making me look around at her, when I do I see that out of my cigarette packet Lara has removed my final pre rolled joint.
One of my closest friends had given me a few pre rolled joints of the finest weed he had as a house warming gift, I have already smoked all but this one and had planned to have it later tonight. I can see on her face that Lara isn’t genuinely asking me what it is but is instead teasing me.
“I think you know what it is.” I tell her looking into her big blue eyes challengingly.
“You know you’re going to have to smoke this with me now, don’t you.” She says with that mischievous glint in her eyes.
“And what makes you think that?” I ask her, I’m used to people with mischievous energy like hers and actually enjoy being around people who are like that.
“Well if you don’t, maybe my parents find out that our new next-door neighbour takes drugs.” She tells me putting on an innocent face and winking at me.
“Shame, they wouldn’t find anything then.” I retort growing to like Lara and her almost trouble making attitude more every second.
“I’ll let you talk me into it this once but know I’m not usually so easy to convince.” I tell her giving her a wink of my own and letting her take from that what she will.
I ground out my cigarette and take the joint off of Lara to light it, I spark the joint and take a few deep drags savouring the taste of the high quality weed and the almost instant high that accompanies the sativa dominant strain. I pass the joint to Lara and crack open another beer before offering one to Lara who quickly accepts and takes a big drink before taking another drag on the joint.
As I drop the roach of the finished joint into an empty beer bottle, I can’t help but think about how this wasn’t the way I was expecting my evening to end, I had expected to have a couple of drinks and do some star-gazing but instead I’d gotten high and had a few beers while talking to the attractive next door neighbour. I had expected the conversation with Lara to be fiery and almost aggressive but instead we had relaxed talks about our lives, aliens, existence and the usual kind of things you do when high but I had noticed that in the last minute or two Lara has been shifting around, crossing and uncrossing her legs like she can’t get comfy and I was about to ask her about it when she speaks.
“Damn it, I always get so horny when I’m high.” Lara says sounding frustrated as she continues to rub her legs together and adding, “and you’re actually quite cute Tobey.”
I don’t know how to reply to what Lara has just said because my brain is telling me that if I speak now I would end up saying something stupid and ruin what could be an opportunity for me to get some action with a beautiful girl. After a long moment of silence and inaction Lara takes the lead when she leans over and kisses me, her lips are soft and full and she has a distinctly feminine smell that shines through even with the lingering smells of the beer and the smoke from the joint.
It doesn’t take long for what started as a small kiss to advance to the point where we are making out with Lara sat pretty much on my lap and her arms wrapped around me. Every time our lips separate, we take gasps of air before going straight back at it again, savouring each other’s taste and the feeling of our lips locked and tongues teasing each other. Without realising it, while kissing one of my hands had trailed from her back around to her chest and was now massaging and squeezing her breasts.
