We have imagined an Indian wife in saree or salwar and seeing here a foreigner doing things too bold takes the attention away.
All this time she was too shy and suddenly pics showing the extremes doesn’t match with the scenes in the story.
Everyone has their own imagination. Plus one can imagine from the scenes described in words and that feels more erotic. Also too many photos and gifs takes takes the attention away from the flow of reading.
