Kindly let me know if i should continue to include hindi dialogues or stick to only English.

In my opinion, the story should continue in both Hindi and English. Since the character of the servant "Bhola" is completely rustic, writing his dialogues in Hindi brings a raw and authentic feeling that makes the narrative even more engaging. 

At the very least, the conversations between "Bhola" and "Simran" should definitely be written in Hindi, as they add a unique emotional and captivating layer to the story. 

This is my humble suggestion—ultimately, you are the writer, and whichever decision you find appropriate, we will accept wholeheartedly.
