Chapter 83 – The Road & The Decision.
The car sneered along the coastal road — engine low, angry. Rohan gripped the wheel tight. Jaw locked. Eyes fixed ahead. He could not imagine anything other than their dismissal — two women they had fucked like they wished, now standing tall and throwing them out like yesterday’s trash.
The humiliation burned deeper than any slap.
A car overtook him fast. Swerved. Blocked the lane.
Rohan braked hard. Tires hissed.
Aadhil stepped out — face thunder.

Aadhil grabbed his shirt collar.
“What the fuck did you do? How did they know everything? You revealed us carelessly!”
Rohan smirked — cold.
“What have you done?”
Aadhil stepped back — realizing the mirror.
He blamed the women.
“They tricked us.”
Rohan’s smile thinned.
“Like they said… is that trick better than what we did?”
Aadhil exhaled — ragged.
“I don’t know where we got beaten.”
Rohan looked around — empty road, sea wind.
“Not here. Let’s go to my place.”
They drove in silence. No words. Just the hum of tires.
At Rohan’s apartment — dim lights, whiskey poured.
Rohan sat. Glass in hand.
“You asked where they beat us, right?”
Aadhil nodded.
“It’s when they got united… and we got separated.”
He leaned forward.
“Let me honestly admit… the moment you took Nivi in Cochin, I felt jealous. I stopped talking to you much. You did the same to me. Turned me to Vani.”
Aadhil stared at his drink.
“Vani and Nivi were never friends — as per our game. We kept them apart. But once our friendship cracked… they got back together. That’s where everything fell.”
Aadhil’s voice rose — sudden.
“No. We need to teach them. Whatever it takes. Fuck them again. Make them remember.”
Rohan smiled — tired.
“Fucking them is not punishment. They already fucked us. And Nivi shamelessly said she liked getting fucked by you — even after all the drama.”
He sipped.
“We’re missing a piece. They’re stronger than before.”
Aadhil leaned back.
“What do we do?”
Rohan set the glass down.
“We rethink. We cannot risk them. I’m not sure how they linked to Vikram now.”
Aadhil cursed low.
“Shit.”
Rohan patted his shoulder.
“I know you miss Nivi. But this cannot be undone.”
Aadhil looked away.
“What about you?”
Rohan’s smile was small.
“Vani is nothing to me. But when I was hurt by you and Nivi… she gave me pleasure. She rode me good today.”
He exhaled.
“Let’s agree they played smart. Won over us. We need to move to real business. Vikram branching his links — bypassing my intel. Nivi and Vani holding our statements recorded. We cannot risk anything.”
Aadhil stared at the floor.
“Is there no way?”
Rohan asked him how to get back to Nivi or punish her…
His facial reaction tells Rohan that Aadhil is angry not because of defeat it's because he misses Nivi.. Rohan knows he was in the same state as Aadhil..

Thinking a lot we should have continued DP with Nivi and become quiet instead I reached Vani.. You seemed emotionally attached to Nivi.. which caused jealousy in me.. Which is why even the sex with Vani was okay.. I got attached to her emotionally..
“From my experience… unless Nivi and Vani cool down together, we don’t have a chance. We need to forget. Go in search of something new. Like we did in the last few years. Settle with whatever women we can get.”

“In short… you want me to forget Nivi.”

“No other way. We’re in such a situation.”

“Anyway… our girls are understanding. They gave a perfect send-off. The sex today.”
He smiled — faint, bitter.
“Okay. They won. Let’s keep our male ego aside and move on. I even find it odd and dirty to fight with women.”
Rohan nodded.
“Prem and Nitin… lucky bastards. Finally they own them.”
Aadhil laughed — short.
“Yes. Anyway… we cannot hold them long. Somewhere we could have left them. Let’s say this is that phase.”
They sipped beer in silence.
Aadhil stood.
“I’ll leave for Mumbai tomorrow.”
Rohan raised his glass.
“I’ll go back to Kerala for a few months. Take care of the export business in UK. Maybe we should not expect more.”
Aadhil nodded.
They clinked once.
Aadhil left.
Rohan sat alone — glass empty.
He completed formalities the next week — sold his remaining shares in Prem’s company quietly. Stayed low.
Deep inside — both Rohan and Aadhil — unsaid — wanted to come back.
But the scenarios had changed.
