Chapter 78 – The Wives’ Pact & The Husbands’ Confession
Prem and Nitin’s car pulled into the driveway together — late evening, headlights cutting through the dusk.
Nivi and Vani stood at the entrance — side by side. Tension thick, but faces calm.
The moment the men stepped out, Nivi spoke first — low, urgent, to Vani only.
“Let’s forget what happened. We need to speak. For real. We both got used. Played. Emotionally pulled away from our husbands. From our marital life. We need to give it back to them. Let’s just disperse now.”
