Chapter 43 – The Return Home and Doctor Visit
Nivi was putting on her bra and panty — hands hurried, body still flushed and trembling from the aftershocks.
She struggled to hook the bra — fingers fumbling, back turned to the mirror.
Rohan helped her — stepped close, breath warm on her neck, fingers deft and gentle as he fastened the clasp.
His touch lingered a second — thumb brushing skin.
She collected her saree — silk crumpled on floor.

She was holding a baby—round cheeks, big eyes, tiny fingers waving as it made soft gurgling sounds.
Nivi walked closer and smiled.
“Doctor irukaara?”
