Part 82 – Pihu Finally Meets Ani

Pihu’s POV- I don't know how many of the decisions I have taken in my life are right and how many are wrong till date. I don't even want to calculate those anyway. I know only one thing that every decision taken by us in life, whether it is right or wrong, takes us to a new path. And we have to walk on the same path as per the decisions taken by us. Now it depends on our decisions whether the path will be right or wrong. I have also taken many wrong decisions in life, due to which I have regretted in the future. But there is always one decision that I have never regretted in my life till date and neither will I ever regret it in the future too. That is any decision taken in my life regarding Ani. All of you who have been reading our story from the first part till today, know very well what role Ani has played in my life. Apart from my husband Bijan, if I have loved anyone else with all my heart, then it is only Ani. I have never hidden this thing from my husband. Bijan also knows that just like him, Ani also has a special place in my heart. Not just because he is Bijan's younger cousin. Not just because he is a part of our family. And probably not just because he was the first person I had sex with in my life, apart from my husband. Apart from all these reasons, there are many other reasons for my liking him. But if you guys ask me about those reasons, I might not be able to explain them to you properly. Because we are not able to explain to others why we like someone, why we love someone. I too won't be able to. I won't even try. I like Ani. I love him too. But I don't have any special reason for it. So when I got to know about his hotel from Jeevan where he was hiding, I decided to go to him myself. Earlier Bijan was asking me to go to him. But I refused him clearly. Because I wanted to sit face to face with Ani and talk to him in private. I wanted to reveal some things to him. I wanted to know some things from him. I wanted to tell him some things. I wanted to explain some things to him. That too in private. And all these in my own way. So the very next day after Bijan left for office, I got ready myself and left the house in search of Ani. I went straight to the address given by Jeevan. It was a middle class hotel. Bijan had come here earlier also in search of Ani. But since Ani was staying here not in his own name but in a different name, Bijan was not able to know about him. When I reached the hotel, it was midday. The sun was overhead. Since it was a summer day, I was drenched in sweat. The blouse I was wearing was soaked in sweat and stuck to my body. When I reached the hotel, there was a man sitting in the reception. As soon as I went inside, he started looking at me with curiosity. I went to him and said, "In your hotel, a man named Rajesh is staying in room no. 82. Is he still in his room?" The man looked at me from head to toe. I don't know what was in his eyes that I felt uncomfortable for a moment. He said, "Why? What is the need for you to know this?" I said, "Actually I am his friend. I have come to meet him. That is why I am asking whether he is here right now or has gone out. If he has gone out, then I will sit here and wait for him to return. Today I have to meet him at any cost. I have a special need." The man listened carefully to what I said. Then he said, "You look older than him. On top of that, you look married too." I asked him back in surprise, "So? What is the problem in that? Can't we befriend people younger than us? Or can't a woman befriend anyone else after getting married?" He listened to me again and then replied in a calm voice, "I did not say that. Anyway, ever since Mr. Rajesh has come to stay in our hotel, he has given us strict instructions that if anyone comes to meet him, whoever he or she is, we will ask him first, if he wants to meet them, only then we will let them meet Mr. Rajesh. Otherwise he will not meet anyone." I laughed after listening to him. Seeing me laughing, the man was shocked. He said, "Why are you laughing? Have I cracked a joke? Believe it or not, but this is his instruction for us. We cannot let anyone meet him like this. That is why we will have to ask him first." I laughed again and said, "It seems that your Mr. Rajesh is living in your place in fear of someone." The man said, "Whatever the reason, we are not concerned with it. Mr. Rajesh is paying us for this only. We are just doing our work. Understand whatever you want to understand. It doesn't matter to us." I said to the man, "If that's the case, why don't you do one thing? You take me to him yourself. Once he sees me himself, if he still doesn't want to meet me, then it's okay, I'll leave without saying a word. You can probably do this much for me. Isn't it?" The man again looked at me carefully from head to toe and then said, "Okay, come with me." I smiled and said, "Thank you so much."

The hotel man took me to room number 82. The hotel building looked a few years old. The room was not very big. There was not much cleanliness around either. I understood that Ani was staying in such a cheap hotel intentionally so that no one could find him. And he was successful to a great extent in this. If Jeevan had not helped us find him, we would never have been able to find Ani in such an environment, this was certain. The hotel had a total of four floors. And every floor had a long balcony. And on both sides of that balcony, there were rooms in rows. The view of every floor was the same. Same kind of rooms. Same long balconies. Same dirt lying in the corners. Same stains of paan and gutkha spit on the walls. Same smell. Everything was the same. That man took me to the third floor. We reached the third floor by climbing the stairs. That man started going from the balcony of the third floor. I started following him. He took me to the very end of the balcony. He stood in front of the last room at the very end of the balcony. I went and stood next to him. The room number is engraved on a copper plate above the door. 82. This is Ani's room number where he is staying under the name Rajesh. The room was locked from inside. The man knocked on the door. I heard Ani's cautious voice from inside, "Who?" The man said, "I have come from the reception." Ani said cautiously again from inside, "What is it?" The man stared at me once and said to him, "Someone wants to meet you. I refused but she did not listen." Ani said, "I do not want to meet anyone. Whoever it is, make her run away." Now before the man could say anything in response, I said, "Mr. Rajesh, please come out of the room once and meet me in person. Maybe you will change your decision then." Ani probably heard my voice. And he must have recognized my voice. Immediately after that the door opened and Ani took his head out of the door and started peeking out cautiously. And as soon as he saw me, his face turned pale. He came out of his room and somehow stuttered and said, “Y…you!!?? Here??? How!!!” I said laughingly, “Yes I am. Mr. Rajesh, if you are satisfied after seeing me, can I come to your room now? Because I have to talk to you about some important things. The problem is that until you won’t give permission, he will not let me go to your room. So what do you say? Should I go inside the room or outside the hotel?” Ani immediately said to that man, “She is my acquaintance. You go from here.” The man stared at me again and then went away from there. As soon as he left, Ani caught my hand and pulled me into his room immediately. As soon as I went inside the room, he locked the room from inside. And went back and sat on the bed. The room was quite small. There was a bed inside, which could barely accommodate one person. The bed sheets looked quite old and dirty. Apart from the bed, there was a chair and a small table. There was a water jug and a glass on it. There was a small mirror on the wall. There was another door on one side of the room. That might be the bathroom door. A fan was rotating at the celling of the room, which was producing less air and more noises. Even in this heat, Ani had kept all the windows of the room closed and there were curtains on it. That is why despite it being midday, the room was dark. The atmosphere of the room was not good at all. I felt suffocated in a moment. I don't know how Ani spent so many days here. I went and first removed the curtains and then opened all the windows. This brought in some fresh air along with light in the room. The atmosphere of the room became better to some extent than before. Ani was watching me doing this. But he neither said anything to me nor stopped me. He kept sitting quietly at his place.

Then after some time, he broke his silence and said to me, “Why did you come here, Boudi (sister-in-law)? And how did you get to know that I am living here in the name of Rajesh?” I said, “Leave all that. First you tell me what is this childishness of yours? You are living here hiding from Bijan's father?” Ani got scared on hearing Bijan's father's name from my mouth. He got up from the bed. Said, “Do you know why I am living here hiding like this?” I went to him and made him sit on the bed. And then I sat next to him. Said, “Yes. I know everything. A few days ago, father had called me and Bijan to the village. He told us everything and he had ordered me and Bijan to find you. Do you know how Bijan and I were able to find you? What all we both have gone through during this time?” Ani now held my hand in his hand and said, “I apologize to you for that Boudi. But I cannot do anything. I am going back to Mumbai tomorrow. My work here is over. Then I will not keep my feet here for one to two years.” I said strictly, “You will not do anything like this, Ani. Now you will come with me to our house. After spending tonight there, tomorrow morning you will go to the village with your dadabhai (elder brother). Your engagement is after next 18 days. You will stay in the village for these days. You will get closer to that girl with whom you will get married. You will love her.” He looked at my eyes and said, “Sorry Boudi, but I cannot do this marriage.” I said, “And can I know the reason for this?” Ani went to tell me something but stopped. He remained silent for some time and then said softly, “Sorry but I cannot tell you that.” I said, “Because you like me, you love me, that is why. Isn’t it?” After listening to me, Ani once again looked into my eyes in shock and then said, “Who told you this?” I said, “When I went to the village with Bijan a few days ago, I had a talk with uncle. He told me that you had told him this. You also told him how I had helped you get your first film. It was only after that that you started liking me. Look Ani, I want to make one thing clear to you today. I did not help you just because you are my devar (brother-in-law. I helped you because I like you. Apart from Bijan, if I love any other person in this world with all my heart, then that person is only you, Ani. No one else. As much as I love Bijan, I love you as much. And I have never hidden this fact from Bijan. And I do not want to hide this fact from you either. But this does not mean at all that I will leave Bijan because of you. I will forget my world. Not at all. You have made a special place in my life. Yes, as much as this is true, it is also true that Bijan is my husband and I am his wife. And I want to love both of you equally, Ani, till my last breath." Ani said, "I am very happy to know that you love me as much as Dadabhai. It is a good thing that you cannot leave Dadabhai. I will not let you do this either. You were, are and will always be my sister-in-law. Nothing else. And I will love you as your brother-in-law. For life. But after loving you, I will not be able to love anyone else, Boudi. I want to love only you. At least do not take away this right from me." I said, "I am not taking away any right from you, Ani. I am explaining to you. If you do not agree to this marriage, father will get angry. And think about uncle once. Think about his situation. Neither can he refuse his own son, nor can he go against his elder brother. What will he do?" Ani said, "But Boudi, whichever girl I marry, will she be able to understand me? Will she be able to understand our relationship? If she will hate me or you? If this happens, I will not be able to tolerate it at all. I do not want to marry a girl who does not understand me or my feelings." I said, "Why are you thinking so much in advance? First you meet that girl, talk to her. Increase your closeness with her. Marry her. Set up your own home with her. Then we will think about the future. Neither am I running away. Nor are you." After listening to me, Ani sat quietly for some time without saying anything. I could understand his condition. There must be many questions arising in his mind for which he was unable to find the answer. I held his hand and said, “Don't think so much, Ani. Listen to me. Tomorrow you go to the village and tell father that you are ready for marriage.” Ani said, “I know that if I get married, I will never get you for myself. I will lose you for life.” I said, “Nothing like this will happen.” Ani said, “If that is the case, then you will have to make a promise to me, Boudi.” I said, “What kind of promise?” Ani said, “Whatever it is, you will have to take my side. And the girl with whom I am getting married, you will have to explain to her about our relationship. You will have to convince her anyhow. Only if you are able to do this, I will agree for marriage. Otherwise not. You will have to make this promise to me today.” I laughed and said, "You are being childish again, Ani..." Before I could finish my sentence, she said, "I don't know all that. I will agree to marry you only if you promise me this." I said, "Okay. I promise you that I will personally talk to your future wife and explain to her about our relationship. Are you happy now?" Ani said, "Not so soon." I said, "What else do I have to do for you now? Tell me. I will do that too for you smilingly." Ani said, "Nothing much. I don't know what will happen in the future. But today, without any worries, I want you for myself. I want to love you. Such love that both of us will remember till the last day of our lives." I said, "Okay, if this is your wish, then I am ready for this too."

I took my hand behind Ani's neck and pulled him towards me. His face came close to mine for a moment. Then I slowly pulled him towards me and my eyes met his. I had the same innocent but mysterious smile on my face, which touched his heart every time. An unspoken love was shining in Ani's eyes as if the starry night sky had started twinkling. At that moment, for the first time, I saw that precious feeling for me deep in his heart, which was beyond words. When I took a step towards him, his heart beat faster. He said to me in a soft voice lovingly, "Boudi, enough... I can't take it anymore! Be mine…please…" Hearing him, a playful resentment appeared on my face. I lightly gave a mischievous pat on his waist, which sent a warmth on his skin. Seeing this gesture of mine, Ani's courage failed and he silently surrendered to me. I took my face close to his face and placed my lips on his. He grabbed my waist and started kissing my lips. I was many times more restless than Ani was. I wanted to have him for myself once too like him. Before this, every time I had sex with Ani, Bijan was with us. Even if I wanted, I could never have Ani alone like this for myself. Today I had that chance. And I did not want to let it go like this. Ani was kissing my lips. He took the my lower lips inside his mouth and started sucking it. I was sucking his upper lip and he was sucking my lower lip. We were engrossed in each other. He was sometimes biting my lips with his teeth, which I was liking very much. I could feel his tongue on my lips. He was licking my lips with his tongue. I opened my mouth and let his tongue come inside my mouth. Our tongues were playing with each other.
