Adultery Life of Avi Singh
## Update 132: The Final Test and the Bus Ride (Avi and Sital Didi)

I woke up and immediately went to the terrace for my exercise routine. After finishing my workout and freshening up, I came downstairs for breakfast. Today was dedicated entirely to touring the city. Sweta Didi and Poonam Didi rode on the scooty, while Sital Didi and I were on the bike. Raj happily switched between the two, sometimes sitting with us and sometimes with Sweta Didi. The entire day was spent sightseeing and exploring the busy streets.

In the evening, we returned to the area near Jyoti Bua's house and went back to the shop to eat *golgappe*. Today, things were different. Those twin girls, Ria and Zia, weren't laughing at me; they were staring openly, their eyes fixed on my new clothes. Today, it was Sital Didi's turn to enjoy the victory. Sital Didi was talking loudly, ensuring her voice carried so those two girls could hear every word.

"Avi, there are some people who laugh and make fun of others' clothes," Sital Didi said, pushing a *golgappa* into my hand, smiling wide. "But they don't know that no matter what the coconut is like from the outside, it goes to God's house, not the dumpster. You're just like that. Yesterday, your clothes were old, so everyone was laughing at you. But today, look at how they're staring at you with their eyes wide open," she finished, smiling triumphantly at the twins, her voice ringing with satisfaction.

We were enjoying the sight and eating our *golgappe*. The two girls, Ria and Zia, clearly realized their mistake, their faces flushing red, but they didn't apologize. Instead, they lowered their heads and quickly left the shop for home, hurrying away. After finishing our *golgappe*, we returned to Jyoti Bua's house. After eating dinner, the day finally ended.

Next Day. Today was the day we had to go back to the village. Our travel bus was scheduled to leave at 3:00 PM. Sweta Didi and Sital Didi spent the morning packing all the new clothes and gifts. The whole day seemed to disappear with packing and final preparations. It was 2:30 PM in no time.

"Avi, you must keep coming back to our house. I didn't even realize how quickly three days passed with you here," Poonam Didi said sadly, hugging me goodbye, holding me tight.

"Next time, I'll definitely come for more days," I promised, hugging her back.

We sat down inside the luxurious travel bus. Raj and Sital Didi both instantly wanted the window seat. Raj sat firmly on the window seat next to Sweta Didi. Sital Didi then sat next to me, taking the second window seat in our row. Our journey back to the village had begun. The travel bus was a direct service and wasn't scheduled to stop anywhere in between. Everyone was drowsy and soon fell asleep because of the afternoon heat and the smooth motion of the bus. Sital Didi put her hand into mine and was gazing out the window, her thumb softly stroking my skin.

"Didi, can I ask you something serious?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper, leaning close.

"Yes, ask anything," Sital Didi replied, still looking outside, her hand still stroking my skin.

"Do you... like me?" I asked, feeling my heart pound hard against my ribs.

"Yes," Sital Didi said simply, turning her head slightly.

"I'm not asking as a brother," I clarified, tightening my grip on her hand, holding it still.

"I know exactly what you're asking, Avi," Sital Didi replied, finally turning her head to look at me, her eyes steady.

"Have you started loving me?" I pressed, my voice still low.

"I don't know," Sital Didi said, her brow furrowing, looking confused.

"What kind of an answer is that, Didi? I didn't understand," I frowned, shaking my head a little.

"I like you, Avi. But if I start loving you, truly loving you, I don't know what the final outcome will be," Sital Didi explained, the memory of her friends' ruined lives clearly clouding her face, her eyes holding sadness.

"Then why don't you make some other boy your boyfriend instead of me?" I suggested, trying to release myself from the complicated situation, looking around the bus.

"After what happened to my friend, I simply don't trust anyone else in the world," Sital Didi said, squeezing my hand tightly.

"Then is there any special reason for doing all this with me?" I asked, looking her straight in the eye, seeking a true answer.

"You're my brother, Avi. You can't betray me or hurt me the way those city boys did," Sital Didi stated, laying bare her vulnerability, her voice soft but strong.

"Should we really continue all this *boyfriend-girlfriend* game, then?" I asked one last time, my thumb rubbing her knuckles.

"Why? Didn't you like it?" Sital Didi challenged, her voice softening, a small smile appearing.

"I liked it immensely, but..." I began, trailing off, feeling the difficulty of the situation.

"That's exactly why I asked you if you had any girlfriend when we first talked. You said you didn't have any girlfriend," Sital Didi reminded me, her smile gone.

"I lied to you, Didi," I confessed quietly, looking down at our joined hands.

"Do you have a girlfriend?" Sital Didi asked, her eyes searching mine for the truth, her breathing quickening.

"I don't have a girlfriend. And I will never make one," I clarified, looking back at her.

"But you just said..." Sital Didi started, confused, pulling her hand away slightly.

I took a deep breath and told Didi the whole story about Mala—the depth of my bond with her and the commitment I felt, speaking in a low, rushed whisper.

"That means you won't keep a girlfriend now because of your bond with Mala?" Sital Didi asked, her face falling, her shoulders slumping.

"No," I confirmed, shaking my head.

"You won't even make me your girlfriend?" Sital Didi asked, her voice cracking slightly, her eyes widening.

"I'm going to stay away from the whole girlfriend mess forever," I said, looking away, feeling sad for her.

Tears welled up quickly in Sital Didi's eyes, blurring her vision.

I quickly turned back to her. "Wait, I'm going to stay away from the girlfriend mess. But you can consider me your boyfriend," I amended, correcting my confusing statement, touching her cheek.

"I didn't understand anything, Avi," Sital Didi sniffled, wiping a tear with the back of her hand.

"As long as you don't find another boyfriend you can truly trust, I'll be your boyfriend," I repeated clearly, trying to make the promise simple.

"Then I'm your girlfriend," Sital Didi said, a flicker of hope returning to her face, leaning toward me.

"Yes. But I can't give you the deep, wedding-like love I gave to Mala," I cautioned, ensuring the boundaries were set, my gaze serious.

"Okay. You were giving wedding-like love to Mala. Just give me love like a girlfriend," Sital Didi accepted with a smile, leaning back happily.

"Okay," I agreed, sealing the strange, new relationship with a nod.

"And don't hold back or back down thinking of me as your sister," Sital Didi added, her gaze intense, her voice firm.

"I still didn't understand what you mean," I admitted, confused by her sudden intensity, raising an eyebrow.

"Do everything with me that a boyfriend does with his girlfriend," Sital Didi clarified, whispering the forbidden permission into my ear.

"If you don't have any problem with that, what problem could I possibly have?" I said, my heart starting to race, my mouth suddenly dry.

Sital Didi looked quickly behind her to see what Sweta Didi was doing. Sweta Didi and Raj were both deeply asleep, their heads leaning against each other. Sital Didi quickly turned back to me and started kissing me, her mouth pressed eagerly against mine. I closed my eyes and started kissing Sital Didi back, the intensity surprising me. My hands instinctively gripped her shoulders, pulling her closer into the small space. Her tongue found mine, a deep, thrilling violation of every boundary I had set. A powerful surge of lust flooded my system, making my ears ring. After about one minute, the kiss broke, leaving us both breathless, our chests heaving. As soon as the kiss ended, Sital Didi looked absolutely delighted, her eyes shining with triumph and happiness. After kissing, Sital Didi immediately started looking out the window, trying to appear normal, while I stared at Sital Didi's beautiful, flushed face, still feeling the heat of her lips. After a while, Sital Didi also fell asleep, her head resting on my shoulder. I started waiting patiently for the bus to finally reach the village, watching the countryside rush by.
