INT. ARTI KA GHAR – EVENING (7:30 PM)
Camera ek cozy middle-class Mumbai flat me ghusta hai — jaha har corner me “ghar ki warmth” mehsoos hoti hai.  Library ke bahar soft lights, neon boards aur ek door jiske upar likha hai “Gyaan Ganga library”.

Library ke bahar Ishani, Rahat, Anushka, aur Anisha khadi hain — sab apne apne expressions ke sath, clearly wait mode me.

Rahat apni ghadi dekhti hai —
> “Yaar, Arti ke kitchen me jaane ke baad lagta hai koi black hole hai… nikalne ka time hi nahi milta.”

Ishani (hands on waist, sarcastic smile):
> “Main to soch rahi thi Arti ke ghar aane se pehle modeling studio se ready ho jaun… ab to meri makeup bhi sweat ho gaya.”

Anushka (calm tone me):
> “Relax girls… ghar ke kaam sambhalna easy nahi hota. Especially jab mother-in-law tumhe NASA ke scientist ki tarah monitor kar rahi ho.”

Anisha (baby tone me, giggling):
> “Lekin didi ne to bola tha — aaj exact 7:00 baje meeting hai! Ye kya punctuality hai!”

Sab kehte hue library ke glass door se andar jhaankti hain —

CUT TO
Kitchen ke andar Arti full swing me — apron pehne, haath me belan, ek haath se cooker band karte hue, doosre se call par baat kar rahi hai.

> Arti (Bluetooth pe):
“Haan mummy ji, daal me namak bilkul sahi hai… aap bas rest lijiye. Ji ji… main dekhti hoon Anurag khaana khaya ya nahi.”

Phir wo mutter karti hai —
> “Meeting bhi aaj hi bulani thi in ladkiyon ne…”


Suddenly uska husband Abhishek aata hai —
> “Arey maine office se aate huye dekhaabhi.... Arti library ke bahar tumhari friends khadi hain, tumne unhe yaha kyu nahi bulaya...

Arti aankhein ghumati hai —
> “Shhh! Naam mat lo zyada… warna mummy ji ko lag jayega main yaha feminist revolution chala rahi hu.”

Abhishek hans kar kehta hai —
> “Tum feminist nahi… fighter ho. Tumhare ghar me sab tumse darte hain — including main.”

Arti belan uthakar kehti hai —
> “Ab jao… warna sach me daroge.”

CUT TO:
Road par girls bored ho kar phone nikaal leti hain.
Rahat quietly mimic karti hai —

> “Haan mummy ji, cooker band kar diya… haan mummy ji, sab theek hai… haan mummy ji—”

Sab ek saath hansi me phoot padti hain.


Tabhi kitchen se Arti phone par bolti hai 
> “Suno sab, sabko chai bana du pehle ya secret meeting pe chalein?”

Ishani (teasing):
> “Pehle meeting kar le Arti, warna chai bhi mission ban jaayega!”

Anushka (smirking):
> “Mujhe lagta hai humare group ka naam BEHEN_CODE nahi… BELAN_FORCE hona chahiye.”

Sab phir se hansi me phoot padti hain.
Arti finally apron utaar kar aati hai — thoda tired, thoda proud, haath me ek plate me biscuits.
> “Bas girls… ab aayi main bhi. Ghar sambhalna bhi ek daily mission hai — bina award ke.”

Wo sabko dekhti hai, ek deep saans leti hai, aur phir softly bolti hai —

> “Tum logon ke bina shayad main apna astitva bhool jaati… ghar me Arti hoti hai, lekin BEHEN_CODE me main asli Arti banti hoon.”

Ek chhoti si silence hoti hai. Sab ek dusre ki taraf muskurate hain.

Rahat (light tone):
> “Chalo… ab emotional mat ho Arti. Varna phir cooker phat jaayega.”

Arti (laughing):
>“Tum sab bhi na… ek baar serious hone do mujhe!”

Sab hans padti hain — camera slowly zoom out karta hai —
Library ke glass door ke upar likha board Gyaan Ganga ke neeche sab ladkiyan baithi hain — hansi ke beech ek dosti, ek warmth, aur ek unspoken power.

FADE OUT.

INT. ARTI’S HOME – GYAAN GANGA LIBRARY – EVENING


Camera bookshelves ke beech se guzarta hai — cozy, warm lighting, ek chhoti si wooden nameplate pe likha hai: “Gyaan Ganga Library”.

CUT TO -
Library ke andar sab ladkiyaan — Rahat, Anushka, Anisha, Ishani — ek bench ke paas khadi hoti hai

Rahat (masti bhare andaaz me)
(haath jod kar)
“Arti ji! Hum yahan kitab padhne aaye hain ya chapati belne?”

Anisha (hans kar)
“Haan di, Arti di jab tak kitchen se niklenge tab tak hum sab retire ho jayenge!”

Anushka (sar hila kar)
“Main to seriously soch rahi hoon bank se kitchen transfer le loon, Arti ko dekh ke motivation milta hai!”

Sab ke chehre pe laughter.

Arti (thodi hassi dabate hue)
“Bas bas! Tum sab aise hass rahe ho jaise maine tumhe khaane nahi khilaya ho!”

Rahat (teasing tone me)
“Arre hum to khaane ke liye hi aate hain, meeting to bas excuse hoti hai!”

Sab hasti hain — sirf Ishani chup hai. Uske chehre par thodi thakan, thoda gussa aur ek heavy silence.
Sab uski taraf dekhte hain.

Anisha (narm tone me)
“Ishani di ... sab theek hai na?”

Ishani (deep breath lekar)
“Bas... kuch nahi.”
(Pause)
“Meeting isi liye bulai thi...”

Camera dheere-dheere uske chehre pe zoom karta hai — uske aankhon me ab bhi subah ka scene flash karta hai.
CUT TO — FLASHBACK.


FLASHBACK – MORNING – OUTSIDE RESTAURANT

Dhoop halki hai. Ishani apni scooty park kar rahi hoti hai. Ek black Thar zoom karke nikalti hai — brake ki cheekhti awaaz.
Ek budhi aurat aur uski poti (21, HUMAIRA) sadak ke kinare se gir jaati hain.

Ishani (chillakar)
“Arre sambhaliye!”

Woh turant bhag kar unhe uthati hai. Budhi behosh hai, Huma ira dar ke maare ro padti hai.
Nearby log gather ho jaate hain. Ishani auto rok kar help karti hai, hospital ke taraf rush karti hai.

INT. HOSPITAL – DAY
Emergency ward me hustle-bustle Ishani reception par jhagad rahi hoti hai.

Receptionist (cold tone me)
“Accident case hai, security officer form ke bina admit nahi karenge.”

Ishani (ghussa dikhate hue)
“Arre aurat saans le rahi hai mushkil se! Form baad me bhar dungi, pehle doctor bulao!”

Tabhi peeche se ek young man (VICKY) ladkhadate hue aata hai — expensive clothes, messy hair, aankhon me guilt aur nasha dono.
Uske saath ek vakil type aadmi aur ek manager bhi.

Manager (aage badhta hua)
“Ma’am, main samjha sakta hoon… galti se ho gaya, Vicky baba ne thoda zyada le liya tha.”

Woh ek suitcase nikalta hai — usme cash.
Camera close-up: Huma ira ke hathon me compulsion aur gussa dono.

Lawyer (formal tone me)
“Dekhiye, ye case aage badhane ka koi faida nahi. Baba ki family bahut influential hai. Ye compensation le lijiye.”

Ishani (dagger eyes se)
“Compensation? Tumne unka khoon baha diya hai, aur keh rahe ho report mat karo?”

Manager (thoda rude)
“Madam, sab ke bhale ke liye keh raha hoon.”

Humera (crying but firm)
“Paise le ke hum apni Amma ko bech nahi sakte.”

Vicky (nasha me, haath jhatak ke)
“Arey rehne do manager... ek aurat hi to thi! Dusre log bhi to road pe chal rahe the... kis-kis ko bachaoge?”

Uska yeh dialogue atmosphere freeze kar deta hai. Ishani aage badhti hai, uske chehre pe confident anger.

Ishani (thandi par teekhi awaaz me)
“Tu lucky hai ki mai yahan security officer nahi bulai... warna tujhe samajh aata ki road pe chalne wali aurat bhi kisi ki maa hoti hai.”

Vicky (thoda darr ke saath peeche hota hua)
“Tu jaanti hai main kaun hoon?”

Humaira (aankhon me aansu lekin determination ke saath)
“Haan... ab sirf itna jaanti hoon ki humara agla milna court me hoga.”

Vicky ka chehra freeze ho jaata hai. Ishani Huma ira ka haath pakad kar usse lekar wahan se nikal jaati hai.


BACK TO PRESENT – GYAAN GANGA LIBRARY

Sab chup hain. Ishani ka tone ab thoda heavy hai.

Ishani (slowly)
“Mujhe lagta tha... ek case khatam ho gaya to sab normal ho jayega.
Par galti har jagah chal rahi hai.
Har gali, har restaurant, har road par...”

Arti uske paas aake softly haath rakhti hai.
Arti (pyar se)
“Ishu... tu akeli nahi hai. Jab tak hum sab hain, koi bhi ladki akeli nahi.”

Sab ek dusre ki taraf dekhti hain — silent determination.

Rahat (serious but hopeful tone)

“Toh... agla step kya hai?”

Ishani (deep breath lekar)
“Agla step... yeh ladka Vicky.
Uske connections upar tak hain.
Par ab use samajh aayega... ki BEHEN_CODE kis level tak jaa sakta hai.”

Camera zoom-out karta hai — sab ke faces pe silence aur ek naya mission ka spark.
Background me slow instrumental — “Chalein hum, sach ke raaste…” type tone.

Gyaan Ganga ke andar ab halki roshni hai, sab ladkiya table ke aas-paas baithi hain — empty teacups, half-eaten biscuits, notepad jisme kuch likha nahi gaya, sirf doodh jaisi khamoshi.

Tabhi Arti ke phone ki ringtone bajti hai — ek typical purani “Radha Soami Dhun”.
Arti ka chehra ekdum stoned sa ho jaata hai. Screen pe likha hai — “Saas Ji Calling...”

Rahat (masti me)
“Ab aayi bawaal machine online!”

Sab halki muskurahat ke saath Arti ko dekhne lagti hain. Arti hesitant si call uthati hai.

Arti (meetha tone bana kar)
“Ji Maa ji... pranam.”

Speaker galti se ON reh jaata hai. Library me sab ek dusre ki taraf dekhte hain.
Phone ke dusre taraf se ek taana bhari awaaz gunjti hai —

Saas (phone par, loud tone me)
“Arti! Tumhe ghar ke kaam se fursat milti nahi kya? Itni der tak library me kya karti rehti ho?
Abhishek ke kapde press hue ya nahi? Anurag ke dinner ka kya hua?”

Arti ka chehra ekdum seedha ho jaata hai, aankhen neeche, ungli se dupatta ghumate hue woh quietly “Ji Maa ji... Ji kar liya...” bolti jaati hai.

Saas (aur tez tone me)
“Tumko samajh nahi aata Arti, ek bahu ko ghar ka izzat sambhalna hota hai, ye kitab padhne ka nautanki nahi!”

Library ke andar pin drop silence.
Sab ladkiya awkward si ho jaati hain. Ishani ka expression turant protective ho jaata hai, Anisha ka chehra sympathy se bhar jaata hai, Anushka aankhon se clearly “bas kar yaar” keh rahi hoti hai.

Arti quietly call cut kar deti hai, phone table pe rakh kar deep breath leti hai.
Unke haath thode kaamp rahe hote hain.

Anisha (softly)
“Di... aap theek ho?”

Arti sirf halka sa smile kar ke neck jhuka deti hai. Kuch bol nahi pati.

Thoda uncomfortable silence chalta hai — tabhi Rahat apni typical style me mahol tod deti hai:

Rahat (sar hila kar, dramatic sigh)
“Bas yahi reh gaya tha... Vicky se pehle iski saas ka kuch karna padega!”

Sab ekdum surprise ho kar uski taraf dekhte hain.

Rahat (aur funny tone me, haath utha kar)
“Main bolti hoon bhai, yeh saas naam ki machinery India me tabhi bani jab koi scientist ka badla chalu tha!
Aur yeh bhi suno — yahan hum Vicky jaison se lad rahe hain aur udhar Arti ki saas humare captain Rohit Sharma ko suna rahi hai!”

Sab ek pal ke liye rukte hain — aur phir ekdum laughter burst!

Anisha literally table pe haath maar ke hasti hai, Ishani ka serious mood bhi toot jaata hai, Anushka ke aansu hassi me badal jaate hain, aur Arti khud bhi muskurahat rok nahi pati.

Anushka (hassi me)
“Rahat, tu ek din na apna show hamare liye live kar de — “Saas vs Behen_Code”! Full TRP le lega!”

Rahat (sar hila kar confident tone me)
“Done! Pehla guest — Arti ki maa ji!”

Sab aur zor se hasti hain.
Hassi ke beech Ishani Arti ke kandhe par haath rakhti hai, phir Anisha aur Anushka bhi uske paas aati hain — ek side hug, warm, genuine.

Arti (dil se, aankhen nam hote hue)
“Tum sab na... mera asli parivaar ho.”

Camera dheere-dheere zoom-out karta hai — laughter ab bhi chal rahi hoti hai, par us laughter ke andar ek silent warmth hai, ek bond jo sirf in paanch ladkiyon ko samajh aata hai.

FADE OUT.

INT. ARTI KA GHAR – DINING ROOM – NIGHT


Scene khulta hai ek perfect middle-class dining setup pe —
table par 4 plates, ek bowl me daal, ek me sabzi, roti garam tawa se utar kar aa rahi hai.
TV corner me news chal rahi hai, lekin room ka asli drama khud table par hi baithe hai.

Characters and scene details
Arti (thodi thaki hui, par composed)
Abhishek (formal shirt me, office se nikalte hi aaya hai)

Saas (thode traditional kapde, nazar me hamesha ek scan mode on)
Anurag (casual T-shirt, college boy energy, lekin aankhon me sense of fairness)


Camera dhire dhire table ke round ghoomta hai — sab quietly khana khane me lage hain.
Sirf cutlery ki awaz aa rahi hai — spoons, plates, aur ek suppressed tension.

Saas (tedhi nazar se Arti ki plate ki taraf dekhte hue)
“Arti, namak thoda kam lag raha hai is daal me... Tumhara dhyaan kahin aur rehta hai aaj kal.”

Arti halka sa sir hila kar smile karti hai — “Ji Maa ji...” bas itna hi.

Saas (Abhishek ki taraf mud kar)
“Dekho beta, maine kabhi Arti ko itna udas nahi dekha tha. Lagta hai library wale logon ke beech jaake apni soch badal li hai.”

Abhishek ekdum awkward ho jaata hai, spoon haath me freeze ho jaata hai.
Uske aankhon me clearly likha hai — “Ab main kya kahu?”

Arti chup chaap roti tod rahi hoti hai, par uska chehra zara sa jhuk gaya hai.
Room me ek uneasy silence chhata hai.

Anurag (aankhen utha kar, calm but firm)
“Maa... library jaane me kya burai hai?”

Saas turant ghur kar dekhti hai.
“Burai nahi beta, par ghar bhi sambhalna hota hai na. Tumhare bhai din bhar mehnat karte hain aur Arti ko bas kitaabon me khoya rehta dekh lo.”

Anurag (tone thoda upar)
“Par Maa, aapne kab dekha ki bhabhi ne ghar nahi sambhala? Subah se sham tak wahi to karti hain!”

Abhishek ‘Anurag bas kar’ type expression deta hai, lekin Anurag rukta nahi.

Anurag (continuing, emotional)
“Har baar unse galti dhoondhne ki koshish mat kijiye Maa.
Kabhi unke efforts pe bhi nazar daliye — aapko to sirf namak kam lagta hai, par main dekhta hoon kaise wo sab ke liye apna time deti hain.”

Saas ki aankhon me thoda shock aur gussa dono aa jaata hai.
“Tum badtameezi kar rahe ho Anurag!”

Anurag (seedha aankhon me dekh kar)
“Sach bolna badtameezi hota hai kya Maa?”

Abhishek thoda intervene karta hai, tone soft rakhta hai:
“Anurag... bas kar, Maa thak gayi hongi.”

Par iss baar Arti ke aankhon me ek chhoti si chamak aa jaati hai —
pehli baar koi uske liye khada hua hai.
Uska haath table ke niche lightly Anurag ke haath ko thank you jaisa touch karta hai.

Saas uth kar thoda drama ke style me dupatta sambhalte hue bolti hai:
“Bas, ab main khana khatam karti hoon. Aaj kal ke bachche... Maa se zyada samajhdaar ban gaye hain.”

Wo uth ke apne room ki taraf chali jaati hai.

Silence.
Abhishek ek long sigh leta hai.

Abhishek (Arti se softly)
“Arti... ignore karna Maa ko. Unki aadat hai.”

Arti sirf halka sa smile karti hai — aankhon me gratitude, aur thoda guilt bhi.

Anurag (thoda chilled tone me)
“Bhabhi, agli baar namak thoda aur kam karna... warna Maa ko lagega ghar me koi miracle ho gaya hai.”

Sab hans padte hain. Tension dissolve ho jaata hai.
Camera slowly zoom out karta hai —
dining table pe ab sirf halki si hassi, garam daal ki khushboo, aur ek parivar ka apna version of peace chhoda jaata hai.

FADE OUT.

INT. RAHAT KA GHAR – NIGHT (SAME NIGHT AS ARTI’S DINNER)


Camera cut hota hai ek chhoti, cozy room par — fairy lights ke halke halke bulbs jal rahe hain, ek side me mic aur headphone setup pada hai, aur table par chhota “RJ Rahat On Air” ka standee.

Rahat bed ke ek kone me folded legs me mobile liye baithi hai,
room me halki si Lata Mangeshkar ki old song instrumental baj rahi hai.
Uska chehra screen ki roshni me halka chamak raha hai — uske mood me ek ajeeb mishran hai — thakan + boredom + thoda sa yearning.

CAMERA CLOSE UP — Phone screen:
Instagram scroll ho raha hai — ek ke baad ek couples reels,
shaadi dance videos, candlelight dinners...
Rahat ke lips se ek chhoti si sarcastic smile nikalti hai.

Rahat (khud se, thoda fun tone me):
“Sab log itna pyaar me busy hain jaise India me inflation hi khatam ho gaya ho...”

She scrolls again — ek reel me ek RJ ka night talk show clip aata hai jahan ek RJ apni “late-night confession call” segment chala raha hota hai.
Uska caption: “RJ Sameer’s show — Dil ke Raaz”

Rahat ka finger thoda rukta hai.
Uske chehre par ek mixed expression — curiosity aur annoyance dono.

Rahat (murmur karte hue):
“Sameer... ab bhi wahi fake emotions sell kar raha hai on-air...”

Camera thoda zoom karta hai —
uske aankhon me ek chhoti si emotional flicker.
Ye wahi Sameer hai — uska ex-colleague aur wo insaan jisse Rahat ne ek waqt me pasand kiya tha... par jisse usne apni izzat ke liye distance banayi thi.

Wo apna phone ek taraf fenk deti hai —
“Uff... gone are the days.”

Phir uth ke apne dressing mirror ke paas jaati hai —
mirror pe ek sticky note chipka hai, likha hai:
“Dream Big. Talk Louder. Don’t Settle.”

Rahat muskurati hai, thoda inspiration feel karte hue.
Apne hair band tight karti hai, aur mic setup on kar deti hai.
Mic ke samne baith kar headset pehenti hai.

Ek chhoti si red light jalti hai — “Recording...”

Rahat (soft tone me, mic me):
“Good evening Mumbai... yeh hai aapki Rahat...
Aaj hum baat karenge un logo ki jo din bhar duniya ke liye smile karte hain,
lekin raat me apne questions se ladte hain.”

Voice slow fade in hota hai, camera uske chehre ke close up par rukta hai —
ek confident RJ, jiske dil me ab bhi ek kahani pending hai.

Thoda pause —
phir wo casual smile ke sath ek joke bolti hai:

Rahat:
“Waise agar koi mere jaisa single RJ sun raha ho...
to please comment me mat likhna ‘mujhe bhi Rahat chahiye’...
kyunki main sirf dil ki baat karti hoon, dil nahi baantti.”

Background me soft laughter track bajta hai,
aur uske lips pe ek charming confident smile.

Camera zoom out —
window ke bahar se city lights dikhai deti hain,
aur RJ Rahat ka show ki voice fade hoti hai:

“You’re listening to Rahat Nights —
Jahan baat sirf awaaz ki nahi, jazbaat ki hoti hai.”
