Naveen turned the soap in his hand for a second, a small, private smile forming as he realized how human these simple things had made them feel, how much of themselves they had rediscovered through these moments.

Kavya raised an eyebrow and smiled. "Me? I think you’re the one who needs it, not me. You haven’t had a shave in days, until now. This will complete the change." Her voice held the faintest trace of mischief, the first time in days she had shown such playful ease.
 
Naveen’s eyes gleamed with mischief as he caught the bottle from her hand. 

He uncapped it with a flourish, his gaze locked on her, the playful tension between them thickening in the air. "Alright," he said, his voice low, teasing. "I’ll take your advice."
