## Update 62: The Strategic Planning (Avi, Suman Chachi, Meena Chachi)

The next day, I didn't go to schoool. I had decided it was more efficient to study at home, focusing on my upcoming exams. I started early, having heard that studying in the morning helps retain things better.

Suman Chachi came to my room, checking on me. I explained that I’d be studying from home from now on. She seemed pleased and soon returned with tea and a tray of breakfast, showing her approval of my new routine.

I studied until the afternoon, took a nap for two hours, and then walked over to Komal's house. She was making excellent progress; the math problems that had confused her were now clicking into place. I returned home, ate dinner, and then went back to my room to study for a little while, my mind, however, primarily focused on waiting for Meena Chachi to return.

---

Meanwhile, in the hall, after I had retired to my room, Suman Chachi initiated the quiet conversation with Meena Chachi.

Suman Chachi fidgeted with a cushion, smoothing the fabric nervously. "Did you make any progress today?" she asked.

"Yes, I am making progress," Meena Chachi smiled, confident, a slight rock to her shoulders.

"So the deal is not done yet? The agreement isn't secured?" Suman Chachi pressed her, her voice tight with curiosity.

"No, but it will be soon," Meena Chachi promised.

"But did you talk to him? Did you lay out the terms?" Suman Chachi insisted, her voice tight with impatience.

"I will ask him today," she promised firmly.

"Will he agree to the rotation?" Suman Chachi leaned closer, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper.

"Yes, he will agree. He'll want to," Meena Chachi laughed softly, a confident, low sound.

"Where will you have sex with him? It must be discreet," Suman Chachi's attention shifted sharply to logistics, her tone a warning.

"I'll find a safe place," Meena Chachi replied, dismissing the concern with a casual wave. "Don't worry about the logistics."

"Make sure it's a good place, then. Somewhere no one will suspect," Suman Chachi advised sternly.

"Don't you worry." She gave a casual wave of her hand.

"And where will we do it? Where will Seema Chachi and I meet him?" Suman Chachi asked, wanting to confirm their part of the plan.

"Where I do it. It will be the same arrangement for all of us. And for a week, no one will talk about this or approach him," Meena Chachi dictated, her tone suddenly serious.

"Why such a long wait? Why a full week each?" Suman Chachi looked surprised.

"I'll have sex with him for a week straight to maximize my chances of conception. Then Seema Chachi will take the next week, and after that, you. This also ensures your husband and my husband stay confused. I'll stay with Avi's Chacha this week, then Seema Chachi will, and then you. The rotation must seem normal," Meena Chachi explained the domestic cover, her eyes calculating.

"Okay, whatever you say. As long as the plan works," Suman Chachi absorbed the logic, nodding slowly.

"I'm going to the market this evening," Meena Chachi said, rising to her feet.

"Are you going to meet him there, outside the house?" Suman Chachi's eyes narrowed, connecting the dots quickly.

"Something like that." Meena Chachi paused by the door, a look of mischief in her eyes.

"But there are people in the market. What if someone sees you talking to him?" Suman Chachi worried about the exposure, her voice tight with anxiety.

"Just wait and see my magic," Meena Chachi turned, a mischievous smirk on her face, and whispered.

---

In the evening, Meena Chachi went out to the market. She bought some ordinary household medicines first, establishing a normal errand. Then, she walked over to Mangala Kaki's house.

"Did you meet Maharaj in the village?" Mangala Kaki asked, immediately inquiring about the fertility cure.

"Yes, it's a good thing we went quickly," Meena Chachi replied, laying the groundwork for her lie.

"Why?" Mangala Kaki tilted her head, confused.

"As soon as we came back to the village, Maharaj left for the Himalayas. He will meditate there now for an indefinite period. We just made it," Meena Chachi delivered the convincing fiction, her expression serious.

"It's a good thing you met Maharaj. You have good fortune," Mangala Kaki said, relieved for them. "If God wills, you will have good news soon now that you've received his blessing."

"May your words come true. I hope so," Meena Chachi replied earnestly. After talking for a while, reinforcing the story of the unsuccessful-but-finished village trip, she went home, her path now perfectly cleared of suspicion.
