Part 54 – Pihu Had To Fulfill Her Neighborhood Duty Once Again

Pihu’s POV- Helping others is indeed a good thing. And as humans, we should always help others. But there is a limit to help. We should help others while staying within that limit. If you cross that limit, even unknowingly, then perhaps you may need help from someone else. That is why we should always help others thoughtfully and while staying within our limits. If this does not happen, then you yourself will invite trouble for yourself. Something similar happened with me when I forgot my own limits to help another person. For which I had to bear a huge loss. But in the end it proved to be a benefit for me instead of a loss. But how? Who was that other person whom I went to help? And how did I get trapped in the process of helping him? And what was that loss which I eventually converted into my own benefit. Let us know the same incident in detail in this story. In the last two parts of our story, you have read that our apartment secretary Sameer's only son Neel had returned home after completing his studies from abroad. And to celebrate the same, Sameer had organized a party on New Year's Day. And in that party, I met Neel for the first time. And due to some miraculous incident, I also had sex with him. And during that time, I came to know that Neel loves a divorcee woman who is older than him in age and is also the mother of a child. And right now both of them are in a live-in relationship. And both of them want to get married as soon as possible. And in this concern, Neel had come to talk to his father Sameer and convince him to give permission for marriage. And for this, Neel asked for my help so that I could explain this to his father and convince him to give permission for marriage. But Sameer caught both of us red-handed and he also came to know that Neel and I had also had sex secretly. Now let's move ahead in the story. I did not expect this from you.” Neel went to say something to his father, but Sameer again stopped him from speaking. And once again turning towards me, he said angrily, “And you? I will take care of you, Pihu. Today in the party, I will show your real face to everyone. Everyone, even your husband, should know what is the real face of his innocent and cultured wife. If I don't get you thrown out of this apartment by disgracing you, then my name is not Sameer.” Saying this, Sameer started going back angrily. I immediately said to Neel, “Neel, stop your father. If he goes down and tells everyone everything, then the whole game will be spoilt. I will have to go from here disgraced, and you will also never be able to get Alice's company in life. The next day passed like this. Bijan left for office. Before leaving he warned me once again. This afternoon I have to go to Sameer's house to convince him and make him agree to my point. In the afternoon I got ready and went to his house. I wore a saree. The door opened as soon as I rang the doorbell. Neel opened the door. He let me in. He looked very sad even today. That is why he was trying to behave well with me as much as possible. This was a good sign for me. This was going to make my work easy. After Neel sat next to me, Sameer said to me, “Pihu, would you like to have something? Tea or something else?” I smiled and said, “No thanks. I have just had my lunch. Her husband divorced her and left with another woman. When I went to live there, Alice was alone. With a one year old child. She was helpless and destitute. I took care of her. Slowly, we grew closer. We fell in love. We even decided to get married. But Alice herself stopped me. She said, 'No Neel. We will not get married secretly like this. You go back to your country. Explain to your father and mother about us. They will definitely agree. Then we will get married only with their consent.' That is why I came back here. To explain to you and mother. I have an urgent call to receive. I will take it and come back soon." I nodded my head. Neel got up from there and left. Now Sameer and I were sitting there alone.
